Bio: I am 66 and a retired Medical Technologist. I stay active on my “Li’l Piece (Peace) of Heaven Farm” taking care of horses, donkeys, dogs, and cats.

Bio: Violinist from Houston TX 71 and still playing professionally, even with arthritis. Noticing some balance deterioration and want to strengthen that.

Bio: Aussie. Grew up in Sydney on the North Shore then the Northern Beaches & then onto the Central Coast. Retired Educator - High School / University.

Bio: Canadian girl but born in Edinburgh Scotland and grew up in England. Always British in my heart
