New Moon in Aries — 17 April 2026
Hello beauties - I'm sharing some info on astrology that feels really relevant to us atm. As you know I'm not an expert but I sense this is useful to know. New moons are a time of inward breath before outward action. With this much fire in the sky, the most powerful practice right now might be slowing down just a little more than feels comfortable, letting the Qi gather before it moves. Plant the seed, don't force the sprout. A Chinese Medicine & Qigong Perspective The energy of this moon This New Moon arrives at 27° Aries, conjunct both Chiron (the wounded healer) and Eris (the disruptor of false harmony) making it one of the most potent and charged lunations of the year. Astrologers are noting an unusually fiery concentration of energy, with ten cosmic bodies in fire signs. In short, this one has a lot of heat. In Chinese Medicine terms Aries corresponds to the Wood element in full uprising, the surge of Yang Qi that drives shoots through hard earth in spring. It lives in the Liver and Gallbladder channels which govern our drive, vision, decisiveness, and the smooth flow of Qi throughout the body. When this energy is balanced: clarity, courage, creativity, and a sense of purposeful direction. When it's excessive or blocked (which a big fiery stellium can trigger): irritability, anger, frustration, headaches, eye tension, tightness in the sides of the body, jaw clenching, and difficulty sleeping. Emotionally, the feeling of wanting to push forward but hitting a wall, which fits well with the Mars-Saturn conjunction active at this time, creating a dynamic where drive and ambition run up against pressure, blocks, and the need for patience. Chiron's presence suggests that old wounds around identity, belonging, and the right to simply exist and express oneself may rise to the surface. In CM terms, this touches the Kidney (our root, ancestral fear, and will) alongside the Liver. Challenging emotions to watch for - Frustration and irritability (Liver Qi stagnation) - Anxiety with an edge — restless, driven, unsettled (Liver overacting on Heart) - Old anger or grief surfacing unexpectedly (Liver/Lung conflict) - Impulsivity or urgency — the urge to act before it's time (excess Yang rising) - Feeling unseen, excluded, or not enough (Chiron/Kidney layer)

Inspired by our group sessions this week
Hello beauties! Having finished another 2 groups sessions this week I must share 2 areas in particular being illuminated by many of you. 1. How the notion of 'giving to ourselves' is so uncommon, contrast with the constant 'asking' we have of ourselves. A simple example of this is a morning routine of drinking warm water first before anything else. Warm water is a vasodilator which warms, relaxes, hydrates the inner terrain and nourishes us deeply, compared with coffee or tea with caffeine or (even lemon water) which is asking of our body to do or produce something, in this case energy. 2. The question of resistance. When we have tasks or activities to attend, those gnawing feelings an the question is when to keep going knowing there is something here for you and when to surrender and listen to the wisdom of your body possibly saying no. How do we know the difference? Such a great noticing.... Does anyone have anything here that's relevant at the moment? Perhaps share some hot tips or further sharings... ? Would love to hear from you 🤗🌹

3x3 9 day challenge ❤️‍🔥
Hi lovelies, inspired by our group sessions this week, we have been reminded of how fundamental the 3x3 'reclaim your attention' activity is. (Especially as the world goes more mad!) There are a few who have committed to a 9 day challenge - 3x3 for 9 days in a row. Who would like to join? Current and past Treasures' are welcome 🤗 You could be in bed and start movement there, then find your stillness, and then roll over and write for the last. Note: the order is up to you. The original directions were 1.write, 2. move, 3. still. But it is clear there are other orders that work also. See how you go and please share what order you are working with. Much love as always 🌹

Love this @Shannah Lundon and @Leanne Clancey Have you already started? Would it be helpful to do it together. Let's say if you've already started that could be practice. Let's start together on Monday 16th until Tues 24th I'm in too! 🥳
Declutter to make space
I realised this late afternoon that working with Anny has decluttered quite a bit of my mind (and heart). Without decluttering, I think I couldn’t accept more or new things into my life. I still think of 100x things at a time, common for many women and moms, but I noticed I wasn’t trying to make 100x decisions (it feels like my back, sides, frontal parts of brain all operating for different matters) at same time while listening to something/someone or driving car. Hopefully life now will attract more positive things going forward. I still need to work on how to maintain this mind decluttering effort… Do you have any good tricks to this that you can share please?

Hi there @Jen Tang - not sure how I missed your post from last year, apologies for the delay here 🙏 So great to hear you reflect on the decluttering you feel in your thoughts and actions. The notion of being saturated and full of our life, unable to learn more or add more tools is very real. All our work is a hint towards dissolving, unbinding, letting go of the density we hold in mind/body/heart. The patterns which have been necessary to approach the world. Since you notice, it's clear the dissolving, letting go is happening. May I answer your question with another question? 😃 From the time we have sent together what have you noticed has given you even a slight increased sense of clarity? Is it more movement oriented either qigong or walking in nature, or more expressive with spoken or written word, or more quiet somatic awareness or something else - or a combination? I'd be happy to hear which aspect of our work you've noticed has helped, we can discuss further. With love, Anny 🌹
Learning how to fly
I thought I'll share that my brain finally clicked on why and how to use the techniques Anny has taken me through the course, to get myself off any emotional/energy edges. The process of identifying where I felt the emotions, the breathing, the body movement. I have been a lil anxious lately but have managed to apply the techniques taught yesterday! Funny how it took me a while to understand these, and it was when I have to "fly/swim alone" for a bit. I guess it's the same as laying a good life habit/foundation for our kids, hoping one day they will use the tools/teaching given. Thanks Anny.

Jen my dear, this is such a beautiful contribution. Thank you for sharing your clarity. Funny, yes when you are flying alone - but not really alone :) that you were able to own your new found tools. The internal world that we have been so well trained out of actually. It is so common to take time, this is the key. It's so simple, but to find it is the treasure!! And you my dear have found several. I'm so proud of you and your journey Jen. Big Love and thank you too 🌹
