You’ve probably guessed what this clue is about since there isn’t much left to do. 🫣 It might not feel as exciting as the earlier clues, and for some of you, it might even mean there’s not much to work on—especially if your row gauge was on the longer side. If that’s the case, think of this as a little breather before the big finale. 🙂 But if you’re doing the longer version (like I did!) or your row gauge is tighter, you’ll have plenty of knitting to keep you busy until the next clue comes out. 🧶 Right now, over 420 projects have made it past Clue 1 on Skool, with new people still joining in! While we are all busy stash busting the Rujuu Sweater together in our MYAL, I wanted to share a new pattern that was born from the same mission: using up leftovers and single skeins on purpose. 🙂 The Emel Sweater is a colourwork pullover worked at worsted gauge, which means you can mix yarn weights to hit gauge, just like you have been doing with Rujuu. The colours are organised into five tonal categories that progress from light to dark, so the result looks considered rather than random. It uses a seamless top-down construction with a European shoulder, and the longer floats are managed with Ladderback Jacquard, including a three colour version I cover in a dedicated tutorial on YouTube. It's amazing to see your projects become more and more beautiful with every clue!
