I focused on visitors for 3 months and here's what happened
I am so excited about the new growth tab because it really helps me focus on the numbers that matter most. I spent the last 3 months checking, tracking, and optimizing traffic (aka visitors in your growth dashboard) daily and some wonderful things happened: #1: Skool got even simpler - One priority means less decision fatigue - You wake up knowing exactly what to work on - Most of your to-do list turns out to be unnecessary when you have enough traffic ๐Ÿ˜… - You learn something new every day by looking at data based on what you actually did instead of daydreaming about all the things you could do #2: And even more fun... - New members joining daily is exciting and gives me so much energyย  - Because I get the rewards I want to launch new ads, make new posts, etcโ€ฆ it becomes addictive because I have the positive reinforcementย  - My members feel like they are cheering for and are part of the winning team. Seeing new people come in daily reassures them that they are in the right spaceโ€ฆ itโ€™s an upward spiral #3: Plus my skool got better - Seeing which ad angles perform helped me to understand what I needed to add/remove from my community to give people what they want - More people means more problems to solve. New problems become new solutions. New solutions become new ads. New ads become new people. New people become new problems. I have a traffic and product development flywheel. - Fresh members means momentum and engagement in the community. More new and excited people alongside existing members who can already help them out and see how far they've come creates more community, and that's ultimately the thing we're selling What it means in numbers - I almost tripled my traffic from 6,333 to 18,012 - From an average of 3.5k in new MRR in the months before I started, to 9.1k MRR on average in the 3 months after, to 12k new MRR in the last 30 days Takeaway: When in doubt or feeling overwhelmed, open up the growth tab every day and focus on getting the traffic number up.

I have consulted in the past for clients on other platforms, and trying to compile Analytics was often a bloody nightmare! For example, Google Analytics takes an entire set of skills and a learning curve that most entrepreneurs don't have the time or bandwidth to deal with. And big platforms---I'm talking industry giants--we were working on didn't give us info, clarity, and simplicity in analytics like Skool is giving us. I'm writing this for anyone who has maybe never tried other platforms. Don't take this monumental win from Skool lightly. It will change your business, save you tons of time, and give you the ability to pivot on the spot. Daily. Just like @Evelyn Weiss says. Check your Growth tab often. Follow what the market is telling you. Double down on what's working. (Not what you "think" is working. Not what you "guess" is working.) Evelyn's post says it all. This is GOLD, friends.

Let me be real with you. I opened this space and allowed community posts because I thought โ€” maybe, even though it's free, we could still create something valuable for each other. Here's what actually happened: โ†’ "Wins" that are just disguised self promo โ†’ Posts that have nothing to do with Skool โ†’ Blatant fishing for clients โ†’ Spammers everywhere โ†’ The people who actually want help? Drowning in the noise. We have to be better than this. So here's what's changing: โ†’ No more member posts โ†’ I'm cleaning out the entire feed โ†’ Classrooms are getting restructured into smaller units, easier to find what you need โ†’ I'll provide structured posts for collabs, link swaps, and questions โ†’ No more fishing. No more chasing spammers. Done. What's NOT changing: โ†’ The value. I'm not holding anything back. You can literally learn to run Skool ads and so much more from my free content (just go and actually check out the classrooms!!) โ†’ I'll still give feedback if you did the work. Comment under the challenge launch posts before I deleted them end of the week as well as the new posts I'll put up to ask questions and collab and I've got you. Want the full community experience? Come hang out in Grow with Evelyn. We have a 7 day free trial. You can check it out here: https://www.skool.com/evelyn/about You can finish the Skool Launch Challenge in peace over there, get support, and actually connect with people. To the genuine ones: Thank you. Big improvements coming. To everyone else: Party's over. โœŒ๏ธ See you around. โ€” Evelyn

@Corbellic Studio I like this idea! Thanks for sharing. Or low cost like $7/mo (seeing Evelyn do this) Or another idea: I'm in a group that was a free 7 day trial and then $50/year. There's not a problem really with "junk posts" in there, either. Super helpful y'all as I just set up a grow that's already growing and want to get off on the right foot.
