Thank you so much! I could not find it in the IDG Website. Is there a link to this pdf ?
IDG card set (for print and digital)
Hi everyone! I'd like to share an IDG card set with you, I created to use for discussion and in workshops. I've already shared this with our local hub and there was a small working group on this, but unfortunately, we didn't really get anywhere. So I wanted to ask here: Is anybody working on something similar? Maybe we can have an exchange then! ๐Ÿ˜Š We (my team and me at iCONDU) are also thinking about printing the set professionally, but we haven't found the right print shop yet and have no experience with logistics (but a lot of people who have already expressed interest in a set). So far, we have been printing the cards for our workshops ourselves. Enclosed you will find the cards and print files โ€“ maybe it will be helpful for someone of you! Furthermore, we have developed a digital version of the cards (based on the way we use the cards in workshops). Our so-called โ€œIDG Rouletteโ€ is freely accessible and you can find it here: https://idg-roulette.icondu.de/. We use it ourselves, for example, as a check-in or check-out for meetings, but it can also be used for personal journaling. In the top-right corner of the site, there is also a setting icon to hide the reflection card and use the skill-card only. We have many ideas and plans to further develop this tool (for example translations to more languages, there is also English and Germany yet) and we would be very happy to receive feedback, ideas or exchanges on this. [EDIT: With the great help of this community there is now a Spanish, Portuguese, Brazilian, Dutch and French version on the website and also as printable cards โ€“ please find the documents in the comments and let me know, if you would like to help to add another language!] Have a wonderful day! ๐ŸŒป

@Sarah Santacroce @Barbara Holzner We have just started to study how much it would cost to print the Caux skills set in Switzerland. We would like to have them in French. So far it is not clear how it would be financed.
PLEASE REPLY: Forming workgroups for our challenges
Hello ID@work Community, Thank you to everyone who joined yesterdayโ€™s connection call! It was truly inspiring to hear from each of you and to feel the collective energy towards creating impactful change together. Challenges Session - What happened this week in our community
Here's a short video recap (2m32s) of the week including highlights are our community Challenges call, new IDG Measurement members who joined our community and the Ecologies follow up. 30 community members joined our Challenges call from 13 countries - we are better together ๐ŸŒ In our 60minute session we worked together in small groups to get to know each other a little better and share around our challenges and our needs. The recording is not that lively because a lot of the work was done in breakout circles, individual reflection time and learnings in the chat. Here is the synthesis of our first community call on the IDG challenges call as promised: ๐ŸŒŸ Bringing the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) to Life in Work and Beyond ๐ŸŒŸ As we reflect on our recent discussions, the path to integrating IDGs into personal, leadership, and organizational development emerges with inspiring possibilitiesโ€”and pressing challenges. Here's what we uncovered and what we need to take the next steps: Challenge 1: Applying the IDGs Framework to Personal Development Whatโ€™s Needed: - Role models, role modeling and relatable success stories to inspire others. - Experiential learning opportunities like facilitated dialogue and reflection. - Deeper connection to IDG dimensions, aligning values with actions. - Practices like silence and deep listening to foster inner growth. Key Insight: Creating environments for reflection and experimentation is critical. The journey isnโ€™t finiteโ€”itโ€™s an infinite practice of embodying the IDGs. Challenge 2: Adoption and Engagement and Buy-In of the IDG Framework Whatโ€™s Needed: - Compelling narratives that connect inner development to tangible business outcomes like sustainability and long-term success. - Tools and strategies to engage skeptical audiences and resistant cultures. - Success stories and proof points tailored to different markets. - Practical integration into existing programs to ease adoption. Key Insight: Bridging inner work with external outcomes requires aligning IDGs with current priorities and using relatable, real-world examples to build confidence and trust.

Thanks for the summary! It seems we are at the beginning of a fascinating journey!
What is your recommendation, for someboday seeing the IDG framework for the first time, how to start applying it?
For some people, when they see the IDG Framework with Being - Thinking - Relating - Collaborating - Acting on just one page, they immediately feel at home. Sometimes the challenges comes up when applying the framework in our every day live. Let's collect recommendations and insights, how to get started. You might want to share in the comments how you started? Or share a story or an advice for people new to IDGs. Let us use this post for an insightful collection.

It would be an interesting starting point to apply it to ourselves: - which IDG does resonate with me ? How could I nurture it ? - Which IDG seems more strange to me ? Who seems to hold that IDG and how could I use our complementarity and get inspired?
