i started doing calf raises recently - but I like to do it on both legs at one time. In. your video, you do one leg at a time then switch. Any difference or impact? I tried doing the lunges - it was quite challenging! I used to do it without much difficulty... Looks like I have to do more of this again! Thanks!!!

I am finally back, catching up on so many days I missed! For Day 4 - I like the takeaway messages: - Strength = Independence - Muscle is deeply involved with our metabolism - Training / muscle strength / stamina / working out -> allows our nervous system to feel safe in our body.
