Day 4 Check-in!
Hi Tribe!! We are headed into Day 4. If you have been busy and missed the first 3 days, do not worry, you can still dive into the recordings to catch the foundations of Strength and Stamina. Hi Anne! Thanks for the question! When you do both at the same that, they share the load, so it's easier to do. When you do one, one leg is carrying our entire body- that's the difference! Yes... slowly let the lunges wake the muscles up~~~ Muscle memory!!!
