Hi everyone 🤍 I’m still very new to breathwork, but I’ve had a really powerful first experience and I’d love to explore more before deciding whether to join the practitioner training. Right now, I’m specifically looking for at-home experiences – guided sessions, journeys, videos or audio I can dive into on my own. I’m not looking for live sessions or in-person events at the moment – more something I can explore in my own space and pace.
