In remembrance
I know a lot of our hearts are heavy and anxious today, but I wanted to share in case anyone could benefit from this. 2 years ago I saw someone do this and wanted to try it. There’s something so eye opening and surreal about being stopped in your tracks each moment the world changed a little during this day 24 years ago. So if you want to join, here’s the times and the events. Each alarm is silent, so it’s just a silent reminder for myself when my phone vibrates. But it’s enough to stop and take a moment, something this world desperately needs 🤍 If you woke up, and GET to move your body today.. don’t take it for granted.
