Hey all! Any suggestions on helping psychic children? Here’s the need - my friend has a psychic daughter/empath who feels EVERYTHING & can’t control it - it’s starting to weigh her down (she may be 6 or 7) I feel like a child therapist whose AWAKE and understanding of empaths/psychic abilities is what her daughter needs - someone to actually talk to and explain how to handle this energy. I could channel about general practices that may help psychic kids, but I think a 1:1 type situation with someone who’s studied & understands kids will be better for her - any recommendations? Any tips? Thank you!

hey guys!! hope you're having a great weekend! I wanted to share an update here with something I've been going through in case it resonates with you. I went to a Naturopath for the first time ever last Monday and she also used a tuning fork on me (omg the experience was incredible) come to find out that my thyroid, adrenal glands and general nervous system are SCREAMING out for support right now so I'm taking a bunch of new vitamins and I've found out a lot of sensitivities my body has towards foods (basically everything in the American diet I'm not supposed to eat lolol gluten, dairy, caffeine, food dyes, refined sugar, EVEN PEANUT BUTTER GUYS) 🍔🥜🍟 Besides for vitamins and diet stuff 💊 - I've been releasing a bunch of stuck energy from that tuning fork session and holy cow am I tired lol The day after the tuning fork session I was a BITCH omg like PMS x1987593748972349833 and I asked my Naturopath about it & she was like oh yes that's totally normal when you're open & connected to spirit...you fast track healing and releasing - (it's termed a healing hangover) well I'm STILL feeling it and trying to integrate & keep up with life and I know that there's light at the end of the tunnel - but I'm so freaking tired & I can't channel for Cosmic Case Files right now but hoping I can channel into the latest case in a few days. I'm just resting and preparing myself for the clients I have (which is super limited anyway!) and for the mentorship that starts this Thursday! so that's a little bit of what's been going on with me & I have some questions for you... ➡️ Have you ever been to a Naturopath? Were you surprised about some of your food sensitivities? What helped you during a HEALING hangover?? lol ➡️ what about tuning forks - have you used them? holy cow they're powerful ➡️ any questions about the upcoming mentorship? we do have 4 spots left!
