💜 MONTHLY EVALUATION 🚨
This is Week 4, which means the last week of the challenge and your 1st monthly evaluation. Treat this exactly like an audition, not like a practice video. This evaluation matters. 🎥 FILMING RULES (NO EXCUSES) - Film HORIZONTALLY (❌ no vertical videos) - Full body visible at all times (head to feet) - Camera stable, not moving - Good lighting (we must clearly see your body and face) - Clean background if possible 👕 OUTFIT - Simple, clear outfit - Fitted clothes so your lines and technique are visible - No oversized clothes, no distractions 🔥 PERFORMANCE MINDSET - Commit 100% to every movement - Facial expression matters - Energy, control, and confidence matter - Perform like someone is deciding whether to keep you or cut you 🎯 WHY THIS EVALUATION IS IMPORTANT This monthly evaluation is how I track: - Your progress - Your technique - Your performance quality - Your discipline and seriousness 📩 What you’ll get: For this monthly evaluation, I will give you a personalized video feedback breaking down what you’re doing well and what you must improve next. If you treat this lightly, it will show. If you treat this like an audition, it will also show. This is how real trainees are evaluated. Now act like one.

Since this was the very first batch of the challenge, I know one thing: It wasn’t perfect, and that’s on me as much as it’s on the process. I’m hosting a LIVE dance class on the 21st for all community members. 11 am cet Important part -> challenge members get PRIORITY ACCESS. If you’re in the challenge, don't worry you can still join. ⚠️ This will be the LAST live class of the year. After this, everyone’s busy with the holidays... If you’ve been: - Watching instead of showing up - “Meaning to join” but delaying - Waiting for the “perfect moment” This is it. Next year, I’ll be doing more live classes and I have some exciting things coming, but only the people who stay consistent now will really benefit from what’s coming. 💜Day 16 – Arm Waves
Today we’re focusing on arm waves 🌊 Take your time to really break down the movement and feel each part of the wave traveling smoothly from one joint to the next (shoulder → elbow → wrist → fingers, and back). Key points to focus on: Keep your shoulders relaxed Move one joint at a time (don’t rush the wave) Think smooth and continuous, not stiff Practice both slow and controlled, then slightly faster 👉 Post your arm wave practice and feedback here. If you’re giving feedback to others, be specific and kind—mention what felt clean and what could be smoother. Consistency is key. Keep practicing and trust the process 💪✨

It’s really awkward because for some reason the music wasn’t my friend so I filmed it without 😅 and I’ll keep practicing because for some reason I can’t distinguish the elbow and shoulder part as two separate parts yet :/
