One of the best decisions I have made is joining Purvida!
Since starting 3 1/2 months ago, Josh has helped me regain my gait, go up & down stairs & build strength with his guided videos - a 360 turn around!  I look forward to the live sessions on zoom (replays avail) step by step videos & extensive classroom of   information on balance, fall prevention & 
nutrition to name a few. Josh's expertse, passion,  experience, caring and the community he has built has given me hope.
