AI Mastermind Feb 2-7 | Apply NOW
I wanted to share something pretty special with you guys. From February 2nd to February 7th, there’s an AI Mastermind happening in Cape Town that’s being sponsored by n8n, and I’ll be there along with some of the biggest names in the AI space like Liam Ottley, Dave Ebbelar, Jack Roberts, Mark Kashef, and many more. This is not a typical conference. It’s a small, curated mastermind focused on real conversations, deep dives into AI, live talks and presentations, plus a lot of networking and social events with people who are actually building in this space. There are only about 50 VIP spots left, and it’s designed to be a high-impact, life-changing type of week. If you’re serious about AI, business, and meeting the right people, I definitely recommend checking it out and applying here: https://www.africai.vip/

Well deserved
🚀New Video: Build ANYTHING with Claude Code & n8n (Beginner's Guide)
In this video, I show you how to use Claude Code with n8n to build pretty much anything, from automations to full web apps. I walk through how to connect Claude Code to the n8n MCP server so it understands all the nodes, configurations, and how workflows actually work, and how to give it n8n skills so it can build and modify workflows effectively. Then I show you how to take existing n8n workflows, analyze and optimize them, and turn them into real front-end apps. We go through building the app, pushing it to GitHub, and deploying it on Vercel so you can see the full end-to-end pipeline. This setup makes it way easier than most people think to go from workflow to real product.

Really useful insight. I’ll spend time learning this for sure.
𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗘𝗿𝗮
I am a 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿, and I am honestly 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 right now. In the 𝗔𝗜 𝗲𝗿𝗮, is staying a 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 still the right path? Or should I move toward 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗻𝗼-𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲, or 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀? If you were in my place: - Would you 𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 on core development? - Pivot to 𝗔𝗜 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 and automation? - Or 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵, and how? When learning 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲: - How do you 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 you are on the right path? What should be 𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱? For people already working with 𝗔𝗜: - Which 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 actually matter in real projects? What is just 𝗵𝘆𝗽𝗲? If you were starting again in 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, which 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵 would you choose?

@Frank van Bokhorst Thanks! That’s exactly the direction I’m focusing on.
Meeting with FIRST CLIENT TOMORROW! Mortgage Broker
Hey everyone, I’ve got a massive milestone coming up tomorrow—my first official client meeting. The client is a successful Mortgage Broker with a team of agents under him. He’s doing well but knows he’s leaving money on the table and wants to implement AI to tighten things up. I’ve already pitched him on the idea of Cold Email Workflows to help his agents scale outreach, but I want to make sure I walk in there with a solid "rhythm of business." I’d love to get some insights from those of you further ahead: 1. Meeting Flow: How do you guys structure these discovery calls? Do you lead with a demo, or spend the whole time digging into their current "manual" pain points? 2. The Close: How are you guys framing the "Next Steps"? Do you close on a paid audit/blueprint, or go straight to a implementation retainer? 3. Resources: Does anyone have any templates, discovery questionnaires, or "Value Stack" docs they’d be willing to share or point me toward? I'm curious to learn how you guys handle the transition from "tech talk" to "business ROI" to get the deal signed. Really appreciate any help the group can give. Let’s get it!

All the best! 💪
I won 1st 🥇 place in a Hackathon worth $5000 in prizes. Here's what I built.
I recently won a hackathon by building a social media content system, and I want to share a valuable insight about building systems like this. I've been teaching AI automations for a while, and I've seen beginners make the same mistake over and over: they start building before they know what they're trying to build. Besides my extensive experience with n8n automations and Notion, I believe what truly helped me win this hackathon was dedicating significant time to planning the solution. I spent 6 days building in total, but 1.5 days were just spent planning and making small tests. I used Excalidraw to draft the entire concept, including ideas and the entire data flow. Click here to see the full diagram. The final workflow was not exactly as planned but was very close. You can find me on LinkedIn. I'll be happy to connect. Happy holidays! P.S. Feel free to ask any questions in the comments.
