There is no "i" in team
There was a time 7 years ago, when I thought that I could not possibly be an "influencer" and lead a group of people in running a business. Who am I? Could I really do? Have you ever said that to yourself. However there are some things that I have learned, especially more so, in the past 3 years of overseeing and leading events where business owners travel from around the world to gather together in person to learn marketing skills and business skills in person - shoulder to shoulder. There is no "i" in team. Our events were successful because every person, every volunteer, played a very important role in the success of the experience of the event. Where I lacked in foresight, or in my availability of time because of my role as a foster mum of a child with high needs, there were "angels in my team" walking along side me that met the "space" that I created and it helped that person to step up, to shine in their role. I now enjoy creating space for others to grow because of my experience with this business. I now know the benefits of creating space for people to step forward and use their talents to benefit the group, the team. Seeing the self- confidence and pride on a mentee's face as they achieve is simply the best experience! I can't wait to meet these incredible business owners in Fiji next week. I am buzzing. What experience have you had where you realised that it is better to find connection with others then to try to do it on your own?

@Julianne Anderson I second that.
"I am enough!"
Can you think of a moment when you came to a point in your life where you simply stood amongst all that was going on and said "I am enough" ? (I am reading Ben Crowe " When the light gets in" ) What would happen if we dropped our thoughts of other peoples's expectations and pressure to ourselves. How would this effect your current life? There are so many good nuggets in this book - I am reading it again.

Passion for craft
As long as I can remember, I have always loved doing little arts and craft projects. As time went on, the more practical they were the more I enjoyed them. Do you enjoy arts and crafts - if so share your latest project below https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1AqM3Fo2pq/

Tell me a story Challenge
Anjini and I are starting a Story Challenge. We are going to do a 7 day challenge and see the outcome by the end of the week. Starting tomorrow (strike whilst inspiration is HOT) This is what we will be doing. We are going to be posting on our FB story line - with the following questions in mind: Who is our niche? What is our niche's biggest problem? How am I living the solution to their problem? How can I be of service to our niche? How am I being who I aspire to be. We will be tracking our results: A: How many posts, B: How many reactions, C: How many new Follows: and any super duper results of course.... If anyone would like to join in on the challenge for your own projects, just join in below in the comments.

I was also made aware of the importance of posting more but yea you right life just got really busy and I was unwell all weekend. Another drawback for me was missing out on finding the actual total reactions for the story before it expired. Still posting just not as many as I would like ☹️
Chemo Day
Prayer request please: We are on round 5 of 6 with Pop's Chemo today and I am finding it hard to put into words the anxt I am feeling at the moment. We have the fantastic news that Pop is in remission, we just need to get him through this stage of the treatment. I appreciate the prayers - Is there something that you could use an extra prayer said on your behalf? Add them to the comments and lets support each other. Sending out love to you all today.
