GH-KCU face serum
Does anyone know if you can use the GH-KCU peptide to make a face serum? I would rather make my own from The Peptique’s line than buy an expensive serum elsewhere

I also use the Ordinary's Multi Peptide Copper Serum on face, neck and chest. I mix 1.5g of topical GHK-Cu powder with 48.5g of Hydroboost water gel for hands, stomach and above knees. I like this because it's thicker/doesn't run.
SS-31
I just got my newest order: ipamorelin, ss-31 and mots-c!! 😆🥳I decided to start ss-31 first, this morning. I started at a very low dose of 500 mcgs to see how I respond, and I will titrate up. I have had a pretty annoying headache which I'm guessing might be from the ss-31, because I rarely get headaches. Anyone else experience this with ss-31? This is another pep that has a wide range of dosing protocols. My plan is to titrate up to 1 mg per day for 5 days on/2off, for 8 weeks. I hear of a lot of people doing 5mg twice per week. Please share your experience and dosing protocol with this peptide!! 🙏💜

I did 4 weeks at 4 mg/day and NAD+ at 50 mg 3x/week. I kept saying I felt really good while I was taking it. I had excess energy, not in a nervous way, but in a "I need to move my body way." Switched out for MOTS-C yesterday.
SS-31 needed before MOTS?
Is a cycle of SS-31 needed before starting MOTS-C?

I was having a really hard time getting back to where I was after I had COVID for the first time. I did 2 weeks of NAD+, then added SS-31 for 4 weeks, dropped the SS-31 and started MOTS-C this morning. While I was on the SS-31, I kept finding myself thinking, "I feel really good." I had great energy.

I'm about a decade younger, and I'm 7 months into my 18 month journey to be my best me at 50. Peptide-wise, I tried some things that just didn't work. About 2 months in, I found out I was allergic to a lot of chemicals and had to find new deodorant, eyeliner, shampoo, etc. Then I got COVID for the first time ever. I switched my focus and did a long round of Thymosin Alpha. I'm finishing up a round of SS-31, and will move onto MOTS-C. My hope is that I will have healed enough so that some of the "duds" will work next time I try them, especially the "sleep" peptides. Weight wise and size wise, I'm good with where I am right now. Going to have my 3rd DEXA at the end of the month to figure out where I am fat wise. I'll probably take a break from GLPs after the holiday and focus on the exercise mimetics and/or GH secretagogues as I try to build muscle/lose fat. Was planning to run Wolverine, but the shoulder issue that had been bugging me seems to have resolved itself. Have it in the freezer in case it flares. Will run GHK-Cu at least twice in 2026. I'm also doing red light therapy and using my vibration plate daily.
