🎁 Who wants to try Claude Pro for FREE for 7 days?
It's Monday, and I want to start with gratitude.🥰 Thank you for intentionally choosing to be a part of our community. 🙏 And as a small gesture of my thanks, I have 3 Claude Pro guest passes to gift. Each guest pass gives you 7 days of free access to Claude Pro, including Claude Cowork and Claude Code. So if you’ve been curious about Claude Cowork, wondering what it actually does, or trying to decide if it’s worth paying for... this is your chance to try it first. No pressure. If you like it, you can decide to keep using it. If you don’t, no big deal. At least you’ll know from actually trying it. -------------------------------------------------- A few important notes: ✅ Claude Cowork works through the Claude desktop app, not the regular online/browser version. That's not a big deal. I just wanted you to know so you're not surprised if you can't find Claude Cowork on your browser version...because it's on the desktop version. 🙂 ✅ You’ll need to enter payment info when signing up, but you won’t be charged unless you continue using Claude after the free trial ends. ✅ Please only ask for a guest pass if you’re actually planning to use it. 💞 👉 I only have 3, and I want them to go to Lab Mates who are genuinely ready to experiment with it... especially if cost has been the thing making you hesitate. -------------------------------------------------- Also, Lab 2: AI Brain Dump Lab is dropping this Friday. 👀 So this is actually a really good week to try Cowork because you can use it to apply what you’re learning inside the Lab. -------------------------------------------------- Here are 3 ways you could use Claude Cowork during your 7-day trial. I’m also giving you copy-and-paste prompts so your ADHD brain does not have to start from a blank screen. 🙌 1️⃣ Clarify a business idea Use this if you have an idea floating around, but it feels foggy, scattered, or hard to explain. Copy and paste this prompt into Claude Cowork: “Act like an ADHD-friendly business thinking partner. I have a business idea, but it still feels messy in my head. Please help me clarify it without overwhelming me. Ask me one question at a time. Help me figure out what the idea is, who it helps, what problem it solves, why it matters, and what the simplest first version could be. Please keep everything clear, warm, and easy to follow.”

Difference between Claude Cowork & Claude Chat
@Amanda Connell asked a question that I feel many might be asking as well: "What’s the difference between Claude Cowork and regular Claude?" Check out the screenshots of my answer below.

Thank you for the simple breakdown, @Katherine Lizardo. I always wondered what the main difference between the two modes was.

@Katherine Lizardo, thank you.
🏎️ Your Summer AI Fluency Roadmap Is Here 🗺️
I want to show you something. 🥰 Over the next 90 days, we're climbing the AI Fluency Ladder™ together...one Lab at a time. Here's an image explaining what the AI Fluency Ladder™ is all about. I cover this inside our AI Context Lab Kickoff Replay. Here's where we're headed: ✅ AI Context Lab — DONE (you built your AI Context File!) (FREE) 🔒 Lab 2 · AI Brain Dump Lab — coming June 19 🔒 Lab 3 · AI Content Machine Lab — coming July 20 🔒 Lab 4 · AI Day Designer Lab — coming August 19 🔒 Lab 5 · Cowork Lab — coming September 3 Each Lab is 60 minutes and can be watched in 10-minute increments to accommodate our busy mom-life. 🥰 Heads up, though: AI is evolving fast... so these Labs may change as the technology changes. For now, these are the levels I believe are most important for building real AI fluency in our businesses and lives. But I’ll keep adjusting the Labs as needed so we are learning what is most useful, practical, and relevant... without chasing every shiny new tool. 🚀 Each Lab teaches you a specific skill on the AI Fluency Ladder™...and saves you a specific number of hours every week. By the time we reach Lab 5, the math looks like this: 👉 Up to 20 hours a week back in your hands (maybe more!) Here's the part I want to be honest about... 👉 Labs 2 through 5 are inside the Premium tier ($9/month). That's less than the cost of one coffee per week. And each Lab is designed to give you back far more time than it costs you money. If you're on Standard and want to join us for the climb...upgrading takes about 30 seconds. Click here: Pricing → Premium. That's it. ❤️ No pressure. No judgment. Just an open door for whenever you're ready. 🌿 I'm curious... which Lab on this list are you most looking forward to? I appreciate you. 🙏

How AI Can Become the Great Equalizer… or the Great Divider
This quote has been sitting in my head for a long time:🤔 🔶 “AI can be the great equalizer for those who learn it early… and the great divider for those who wait too long.” I keep thinking about what AI makes accessible now. Research. Strategy. Analysis. Writing support. Business ideas. Learning plans. Decision support. Context. Connection. Things that used to be available mostly to people with money, staff, elite education, or powerful networks. And now? Some of those tools are available for free. Even more are available for around $20/month. I don’t say that lightly. I was born and raised in the Philippines, so I know $20 can be a lot of money when converted into pesos. But I also know what it means to grow up with limited access. When I was in high school, I almost had to drop out because my parents could no longer afford tuition. I was able to stay because my school gave me a scholarship. Not everyone gets that chance. That is why AI feels so personal to me. 💞 Because now, a person who does not have access to elite education can ask AI: 💚 “Help me understand what a strong high school education would include. Map it out for me and teach me step by step.” A mom building a business can ask: 💚 “Help me think like a strategist, simplify my offer, and create a plan I can actually use.” Someone without a network can ask: 💚 “Help me prepare for this conversation, understand this industry, and know what questions to ask.” Is AI perfect? No. It still makes mistakes. It still requires judgment. It still requires human oversight, especially in areas like law, medicine, finance, education, and business strategy. But access has changed. And that matters. ✅ For people who are willing to learn AI, it can shrink gaps in education, opportunity, time, money, and support. ☠️ For people who dismiss it, fear it, or keep using it like it’s still 2023, the gap may grow wider. That is the part I keep thinking about. Because the divide may not just be between rich and poor.

@Katherine Lizardo, absolutely. My goal is to learn how to build AI apps to support single parent solopreneurs and neurodivergent families. That's one of the reasons why I"m thrilled to be a member of this community because you're teaching AI through the lens of logic, not theory. I love systems, and until folks understand how AI creates harmony between life and business, we will continue to "feed the beast" in hopes of making sense of AI.

🧠Lab 2 available this Friday!
I've been going through your answers to one question I asked when you joined: "What's one challenge you keep running into?" I read every single one. All 260+ of them. 🥰 And the same thing kept showing up, over and over, in your own words: 🔶 "I tend to do too many things and being overwhelmed" 🔶 "The fact that I can finish what I start. Many projects at once" 🔶 "Getting started! Having plans & ideas, but follow through is lacking 😵‍💫" 🔶 "Mind chaos and forgetfulness" 🔶 "Where do I start. Overwhelm, feeling behind, etc" 🔶 "Too many options when it comes to AI. It gets confusing" Almost 1 in 5 of you said some version of this. Reading through these, I felt it in my chest. Because I've lived this, too, as an ADHD mom with 2 young kiddos. The ideas don't stop coming...even during school drop-offs/pick-ups and while doing chores...but somewhere between having the idea and doing something with it, everything just...gets stuck. 😖 After 1000+ hours of therapy (yes! I've done that much deep inner work for 2 decades 😄), here's what I've come to understand about that stuck feeling. It's our ADHD brains trying to do 3 jobs at the same time: 1️⃣ Hold onto every idea so nothing gets lost 2️⃣ Sort through what it all even means 3️⃣ Decide what's actually worth doing Three jobs. At once. In your head. No wonder it freezes. No wonder our ADHD brains get lost in the analysis-paralysis abyss. 😩 That's exactly what our next Lab...Lab 2 is built to fix. Drum roll, please!!!!! 😄😄😄 --------------------------------------------------------------- ✨ INTRODUCING LAB 2: THE AI BRAIN DUMP LAB ✨ This is where we move from Level 1 to Level 2 on the AI Fluency Ladder™. In Lab 1 (AI Context Lab), you taught AI who you are. In Lab 2, AI starts working WITH you... For the first time, you'll hand AI something messy (your brain dump) and watch it become a real thinking partner. 🚀 Here's the shift: AI takes over the "hold" and "sort" jobs. That leaves you with ONE job... deciding what's worth doing, with AI's suggestion already on the table.

@Katherine Lizardo, I LOVE the dancing logo. And yes, teach him entrepreneurship early. I want to do the same for my daughter. She sings and wants to be a sketch artist.
