Week 6: Fehu - Freyja/Freyr/Frigg - Ritual - Abundance.
This week we will deepen in relationship to Fehu while exploring the interconnectivity of Freyja, Freyr, Frigg, and of course - ODIN. Abundance is a process where we are actively involved whether we consciously choose to be or not. Week 6 opens an opportunity to see where you're operating around it and make some adjustments. For our purposes we are focusing on the flow of asking, receiving, and patience as related to the energies of Freyr, Freyja, and Frigg. I have designed a ritual for this practice and we get into the fabric of it in our session. The ritual is in the Classroom page under week 6 materials. What seeds are you planting? What are you receiving? Where is patience needed? These contemplations and practices are ripe for this Full Moon week as well as the Equinox approaching. Abundance is a process where we are actively involved. Whether we choose to be or not. This week opens an opportunity to see where you're operating around it and make some adjustments. LET's GO BE ALIVE! AND as always - I am here as a resource for you and your experience. Reach out with anything that's coming up.

Really loved all this, to me it felt so innate! Thank you.
Norns Disney reference
I was thinking of the sisters of fate today when Aaron defined the Norns. We definitely have them to thank when timing works out smoothly. https://disneyshercules.fandom.com/wiki/The_Fates I wonder why Disney portrayed them so grotesquely 🤔

Just a speculation but I might think Disney portrays them grotesquely because there’s a cultural conditioning that is afraid of that kind of power maybe especially from the divine feminine? To portray in this way may disempower and thus make one feel more in “control” of fate…? Or more easily admit to digest the fear of fates powers?
I love this week!!! Fehu Reflections
The content and energetics this week have been rich for me. Feeling my whole body vibrating with remembrance. I’m seeing, hearing and feeling the truth rise from within. And I love that it aligns with the lunar new year. Sharing my ponderings: - Fehu centering divine feminine as a guide to divine union which brings us back to the center of all things- the center of divinity which is within and everywhere. Norns and wells representing us finding this divine remembrance - We exist in the whole and the whole exists within the/our center - When I call upon Fehu, I always see Ansuz(Union?) - Yggdrasill as feminine- has anyone heard this understanding? I’ve heard some historical info to suggest the world tree as a representation for the Goddess who holds all life, cycles of birth, transformation and death. Tree as the womb of creation. Odin sacrificing/surrendering his ego and mundane view to Life, to transformation, to Yggdrasill, to the Goddess - Masculinity and femininity in their fullness and maturity - Feminine was the center for years, the wisdom of the breakage in that orientation - Chaos, destruction, fear of loss, aging, control, power at the expense of the nature and humanity as the seeking of the Goddess - Ragnorok as renewal and reconciliation: wisdoms that call us to heal the poisons and wounds of division, the call to shamanism(transformation) to sacred feminine/rebirth/remembrance - Receiving the Runes as the shift from the oral hystery of the Volur to written history - from non physical to physical- surrendering to transformation as a process to embody light. To complete transformation drinking from the well - Water, vehicle of rebirth, knowledge to wisdom as surrendering to the feminine within, to the omnipresent center, to transformation

WEEK 4 - FEHU - Feminine - 4 Directions
This week we opened a new rune, Fehu, and discovered more feminine wisdom and power that is foundational to Norse Myth and Mysticism. THIS WEEK: 1. Sit with Fehu every day - Even 2 minutes silently if need be. 2. Watch and Follow along with the Fehu Practice Video in the Classroom tab. 3. Journal/Ponder the questions below. I'll post a Flygja -Disir - Freyja ritual this week to explore as well. Sunday's session had some rich explorations and I look forward to more Tuesday. As you absorb the live session, videos, and practices here are some journaling opportunities for you: 1. What am I not seeing? -Asking this question with openness and curiousity allows for your connection with Fylgja to open even more. Ask it directly if you like! Wherever we've made our minds up that we have the information we need - we've put a block on new input. This opening to intuition and seeing offers a chance to connect to our feminine wisdom lineage through the Disir as well. They are here to support our lives, give them an opportunity to do so and see what develops. 2. Do I fully understand my value in the world? -Sometimes we don't have an accurate view on the power and impact we already bring into the world. Fehu reveals the inherent energy and power that sparks from within us and can be forged into great service and action. This is the association with Gold. It is bursting forth and expanding by nature. For some it lies dormant and is waiting to be realized... is this you? Could this spark be inside this immersion?! I'll send more this week. Odin Loves You, Aaron

Oh how exciting! I actually posed this first question (or abouts) to Odin today after journeying to Freya and merging with Fylgja. It was really helpful and cleansing the answers I received. I wasn’t present Sunday but after seeing this realize I must be tuned in to the energetic. Thanks Aaron. Look forward to Tuesday and these explorations. 🌹✨
Ansuz exploration
Sharing some of the energetics I witnessed in my vision during our exploration with Ansuz on Sunday(am I spelling this correctly Aaron?). Still unraveling and open to hear others interpretations and reflections. -Vision and especially deepening into more true vision particularly through sacrifice to make room for greater truth and insight. Sacrificing: what we think we know or see, superiority, gripping, need for belonging/attachment to anything but truth and love, judgment -Odins “eyes”/sight are stronger/clearer in spirit due to sacrifice of untruth -Clarity- power through alignment with truth- increasingly so, continually showing up to this instead of stopping after we’ve “arrived” -In-sight: questing and questioning what it is to see, clarifying true in sight- seeing within- eyes we’re looking downward/inward in my vision but witnessing in all dimensions and calling upon relationship with divine to pierce all realms. to thinking about Ansuz angled downward and upward on the perpendicular lines. -resonance/alignment with Odin

@Aaron Hanson oh wow! That IS interesting. The absorption! Yes I feel that. Now it makes sense why I was keying in on that. Hmmm, I wonder what that might reveal? Mirrors of above and below?
