I work with OTR Solutions on the factoring side, so I spend my days talking with carriers, brokers, and dispatchers about everything from cash flow and broker setups to fuel programs and keeping trucks moving. I joined because I enjoy learning from people in the industry and helping wherever I can. I also want to deepen my knowledge within the industry, and learn the dispatching side of things.
