Woo-hoo.. I did my training.. and I'm new but the explanations are great.. now I just got to pit it all together.. cause I didn't know nothing about dispatching.. lol..
@Erica Smith well done on completing the training. All the templates and everything completed? I guess your next step would be to start with Truk. AI or what do you think is next for you?
At the end of the day from my experience , drivers just want to know if you can help them succeed or not and how… The biggest lesson Ive learned is finding out what the person you’re selling to wants and convincing them that you’re the best path to helping them get it and worth the price you charge .. That’s what success is to me 🤷🏾♂️.
@Quentin McKnight I hundred percent agree with this. The biggest thing we need to remember is that we are still working with kind, caring and hardworking family members. What questions do you ask the drivers to build that trust and better understanding of there needs?
