I got my first carrier! He found me on Instagram and we had the sales call today, he signed the contract and sent it back after the call. Our onboarding call is Wednesday and he has a 40ft Hotshot. I'm super excited that this is all coming together. Now I don't feel like I'm 'starting a business' like the business is up and running really quick and im just here for the ride lol. I've only been in the paid course for a month so I know I have a lot to learn. If anyone has any experience with Hotshots, or hotshots in the Texas area, I'd love to pick your brain :)

How’s it going squad ! I am a new comer in this group ! I just joined today ! I have a couple questions and would love some advice from you guys operating 10 truck fleets or close ! My dad has 3 semi trucks he wants me to dispatch so I have a nice head start ! My dad wants to pay me 3.5 % each truck but I’m gonna suggest 10% and I’ll do his paperwork as well for the trucks ! He currently has 1 truck operational and 2 more trucks going live within the next 35 days My other question was about TMS , starting out which tms do you guys recomend I use Thank you all 🙏🏼
