New recipe ideas are always fun! Specifically for me - options that appease my sweet tooth but not packed with sugar. For example, last week I asked AI to create a GF banana muffin recipe with no added sugar ingredients (the bananas are sweet enough!), and with chocolate protein powder included. But not too "gummy" due to the GF flour and protein powder. Yum! I bet @Jennifer Gaydeski may have some great recipe ideas! :)

This is my burning question today: What habit have you been consistent with that you're proud of? Just one! And remember, consistent does not mean perfect, it means you keep going at it and don't throw in the towel. I'll start us off in the comments. :)

I drink a large glass of water every morning when I wake up and then 30 minutes later have my cup of coffee with a huge scoop of chocolate protein powder. (It makes it feel like a barista drink!)

Morning Founders! I was inspired by our hangout yesterday and was thinking it would be nice to have a weekly cadence, where we start the day (weekdays) with a post/question/prompt related to that day's theme. This could really help all of our members get to know each other (and us too). This is what I have worked up and I am looking for your thoughts please: - Mindful (or Mindset?) Mondays - reflection prompts, intention setting, self-talk - Tasty Tuesdays - recipe shares, meal prep tips - Wellness Wednesdays - wellness topics + our weekly hangout on the calendar - Transformation Thursdays - wins, progress stories, aha moments - Feel-Good Fridays - celebration, weekend prep, gratitude, plans for the weekend I am always open to your feedback and ideas, so comment below. :) Thank you!

These are all great! I especially like the Feel Good Fridays as the weekends are toughest for me to stay on track for my healthy meals. So would be good to know what others do, when it comes to good habits.
