Hormozi Roadmap 0 email analysis
1. Intro: “As promised, here is your Scaling Roadmap:” “As promised” - This feels like reassurance of the right decision. Safe “...here is your Scaling Roadmap:” - follows up with what the customer is getting again. Understandable Benefit. - Notice how, again, the benefit (Scaling Roadmap) is capitalized. Possibly that's what makes it easy to understand, it's telling the reader what's important. 2. Action step: “Tap below for your PDF:” and followed by “>> SCALING ROADMAP - STAGE 0 <<” “Tap below for your PDF:” - Removes the thinking involved with finding where to click. Its Easy and Understandable. “>> SCALING ROADMAP - STAGE 0 <<” - Bolded, all caps, and with arrows. This screams CLICK HERE, RIGHT HERE. There’s an element of excitement as well, “STAGE 0”. You are finally growing your idea into something. Hopeful, Easy, Safe. - Notice how his deliverable was nearly immediate. Did not keep the reader waiting, providing even more value. That's a BIG deal 3. “Inside you’ll find a PDF and video going over…”,  a.“Exactly what Stage 0 is and the constraints you may be facing”, b.“Possible solutions to those constraints”, andc.“And what it takes to advance to Stage 1” “Inside you’ll find a PDF and video going over…” - very easy to understand whats about to happen when you open. Safe + Understandable “ a. b. c.” - describes the EXACT benefit to this deliverable. Lowers the risk of it because it feels as if we are being guided through with an expert. Ultra-specific + Understandable + BIG and SAFE Benefit 4. “Note: The PDF contains links to the videos and downloads that correspond to them.” “Note:...” - Grabs attention via Bold font. Saying “hey, something else to look out for”. Another hit of feeling guided without a paywall, very valuable. Safe + Unique. 5. “Stage 0 is like being at the very beginning of building a house - you don’t even have the tools or materials yet, but you’re ready to start.”  “Stage 0 is like being at the very beginning of building a house” - Continue to lower the risk by setting the appropriate expectations of where the viewer is currently at. Safe + Unique

Some key things from this Landing Page. It's designed to be Easy and Safe and packaged in a (Benefit, Easy, Benefit) format. The punctuation seemed to play a role in this as well.
@Nabeel Azeez thank you for the tip!
@Benjamin Villette Will do, thank you for the suggestion
New Weekly Leaderboard Competition
Every week the #1 member on the 7-day leaderboard will be upgraded to a Premium membership. If they are already a *paying* Premium member, they will be upgraded to a VIP membership. Only one member will be upgraded per week. This week's winner is @Nishat Fatima who gets upgraded to our Premium tier. Since this is a new “feature” we've added to the community, I'm also going to upgrade @Waisale Naqiolevu to VIP because he was #1 the last few weeks. What Nishat gets with her Premium membership: - Everything in our Standard tier - Call-free coaching in the community (business questions, copy feedback) - Instant access to all courses, workshops, and call recordings - New course, guest lecture or workshop every month What Wes gets with his VIP membership (because he was already paying for Premium): - Everything in Premium - Highest priority for answers to questions in discussion forum - WhatsApp access to Nabeel for coaching and copy feedback - One 1:1 coaching call per month - Complimentary tickets to any in-person events @Matthew Volkwyn and I host How to Win the Weekly Leaderboard Competition It's simple. Just show up and engage in the community. The easiest way is to “learn in public.” Go through the courses in the classroom and share how you are implementing what you learn. For example, if you're doing Copy Translation which @Alicia Joseph teaches in Copywriter Starter Kit, post your marked up copy with your notes. If you are hand-copying ads from our Legendary Ads Vault, post the photos of your work and write up what copywriting principles you learned from the ad. How NOT to Win the Weekly Leaderboard Competition Low-quality posts, engagement farming, and stupid questions. I actively delete posts like this.
Very clear and consise thank you
First Copy Translation...
I've actually done it. It would be sluggish but I'll improve. The key elements were hopeful. In future I'll try to translate in deep. Good luck Rame 👍🏻.

My first Copy Analysis!
After learning more about the key elements behind messaging, it's incredibly interesting to see what marketers are actually saying. Makes me wonder if different niches have different "key element packaging styles." Looking forward to continuing learning :) and feel free to critique.
