Hey Everyone, is there someone in here who already have a AI receptionist in Retell? I really don't know what to use, if it is a - Multi Prompt Agent ( Legacy ) - Conversation Flow Agent I start to use the conversation flow and it so complex, My workflow looks like a Spiderman shooting web in bulk on buildings At first it great, but when I add more prompts to the nodes and nodes for checking the calendar, the ai start hallucinating, the calendar I use was no booking on it but the ai still assumes that my calendar has a full booked and recommending random time and date. the guy I saw in YouTube was said that if you put long prompt on the agent, the ai will get confused and start hallucinating I was actually building a workflow to handle every objection but, Im just already in the booking workflow and I already hit the wall, Im so exhausted, my eye hurts, my butt hurts, my back hurts, its driving me crazy. I want to fix my workflow but its hard to see now because its looks like a ugly web that built by spooder man, I used to built in n8n where there's only a simple logos in each node and you have to click inside, but in here, its open, so when you zoom it out, it will going to be pixilated. can someone help me with the logic and what should I actually use if its a Multi Prompt Agent ( Legacy ) Or Conversation Flow Agent?
