money flow problem for course selling
after the last post i undestood that my problem was money flow. my product is a course that you take and if you follow the instructions you can fix your adhd problems including concentration and other problems as well. to make sure people are happy i wanted to adda guarantee for it. i thought about 3 months guarantee beacuase then you see most of the results. this guarantee make a money flow problems because i can lose my money at any time during those 3 months so i dont have any conficance using this money. is there a diffrent way to do it? should i give up guarantee? should i use guarantee in another way? if so how? i am really afraid to looks scammy if i dont give guarantee and i dont want to take money from people i didnt help. i hope there is a better way to solve this money flow problem

@Noam Elad To add on to what @Bharat Jain said, you can add requisites for them to be eligible for the money-back guarantee. Eg: "I guarantee you will [goal] in [timeframe]. I'm so confident that if you don't [something measurable] in that time, I'll refund your money." To be eligible for that refund, you must: 1. Come to a weekly meeting each week for that timeframe 2. Submit [worksheets/homework] each week for timeframe 3. Complete and submit reflections.... Or whatever is in your course. But basically if they don't do those things, they're not eligible for the refund.

@Noam Elad I hear you. Ultimately, the program helps people get results - that's why they sign up right? If it doesn't happen, maybe reflect on why and tweak the product a bit. Stick with it, man!
