Getting close to reaching my goal of upper dumbbell incline press for 10 reps with 60 lb dumbbells I have done 9 reps as of a few days ago, but of course the goal is to reach 10 reps but the fact that I'm that close does raise my self-esteem. can now do 10 reps of DB incline press while laying flat, 5 reps for 75lbs dumbbells. My self-esteem has risen because I know I've lost some weight especially since I got a compliment today from my barber saying that I have lost some fat or chubbyness on my face or cheeks.
