Your Life Will Stay Miserable Unless You Sacrifice Yourself
Nothing can ever produce something. In order for something to be gained, something else must be sacrificed. A caterpillar cannot become a butterfly without sacrificing its current self. You can’t run away from sacrifice. It is the gateway to everything you ever wanted. In order to go somewhere you’ve never been, you must become someone you’ve never been. So what do you need to sacrifice? Yourself. More specifically, your old frequency. (And by frequency, I’m simply referring to the collection of all your beliefs, thoughts, where you place your attention, emotions, and identity) Because your frequency is directly correlated with the quality of your reality. Every situation and circumstance, poverty, wealth, health, disease, is all a result of your frequency. Therefore, if you desire for a better reality, you need to solidify a new frequency that’s WORTHY of living in that reality, and then you will have it. But before you can do that, you have to kill your old frequency and get rid of it for good. You need to understand - You cannot take a breath without giving one. In the same way, you cannot live in your desired reality without giving your current one. For as long as you try to remain who you are, you’re going to be depriving yourself of who you can become. So how do you sacrifice your old frequency and enter your desired reality? By seeing your reality through the lens of your desired self. “How would my desired self act, think, place their attention, identity, beliefs?” (identify this with crystal-clear clarity) You need to hold your goal as if it’s already complete. DON’T think OF having what you desire. Think FROM the perspective of ALREADY having what you desire. “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours” Mark 11:24 Other than that, you’re going to have to give up your - Worries - What you allow to stress you - What you allow to anger you - What you allow to excite you  - Your current beliefs - Your current thoughts - What you’re letting capture your attention  - What you’re emotionally convinced is the truth - Your current identity

It's Your Fault That Your Life Sucks
Have you ever felt like life isn’t fair? Or saw someone else hit a huge milestone while you stayed stuck? Or found yourself in a situation where you asked “Why me?” Well, the truth is, life is completely fair. The only person that’s been holding you back is YOU. YOU are responsible for how much money you make, how happy you are, the quality of your relationships, literally EVERYTHING. It’s no other person. No other thing. It’s just YOU. It’s not where you were born, your childhood, your personality, your addictions, your age, your race, your niche, your parents, your friends, the government, the “matrix” or the “puppet masters” It’s just YOU. YOU are the puppet master. The true “matrix” is WITHIN you. And I don’t mean to seem harsh when I say that. But consider what happens when you put the blame into someone else’s hands. You lose all power and control. By blaming your circumstances on another person/object, you unconsciously admit that your life is not in the control of your hands, but at the mercy of whoever you blame. And hence, you accept the circumstance as fate and say things like “That’s just the way it is”, and thus you remain in your current, unwanted circumstances. And that is precisely why you must say “everything in my life is my fault”. "A man can fail many times, but he isn't a failure until he begins to blame somebody else." Take a second to analyze every area of your life. Health, wealth, relationships, happiness, looks, etc. What are you dissatisfied with? Where is there room for improvement? What have you been slacking off on? In which area have you always blamed someone/something else, genetics, fate, etc? Now hold yourself accountable. If you’re fat, it’s YOUR fault. If you’re poor, it’s YOUR fault. If you’re ugly, it’s YOUR fault. If you’re not happy, it’s YOUR fault. This is essential. It’s not easy. But it is mandatory. You must come to terms with the fact that you are the only person stopping you from reaching your goals.

ULTIMATE Guide to Perfecting Sleep So You Never Feel Tired Again
I’ve spent over 200 hours researching sleep and I’ve put everything I learned into this ONE post. I went from sleeping 6 hours/night, continuously waking up in the middle of the night, snoozing, and being tired all the time. To consistently getting 8-10 hours of sleep, falling asleep in minutes, rarely waking up in the middle of the night, and never feeling tired. This is the last sleep guide you’ll ever need. I’ll be covering EVERY science-based actionable step that’s helped me. However, a quick note: This is a long post. If you have the attention span of a little kid, click off right now. This is not for you. This is only for you if you’re serious about winning and improving your life. Before I begin, it might sound strange that I’m making a post about sleep in a group about business. But 99% of the time, you don’t have business problems. You have personal problems manifesting in your business. And until you solve those personal problems, they will act as the bottleneck on everything else you do. So if you have bad sleep, no matter what your business model, offer, or tactics are, you will never grow as fast as you want to. The funny thing is most people would skip right over this post and shiny-object syndrome their way to the new, ‘untapped’ business tactic instead But let me quickly mention just SOME of the benefits of good sleep - 2 to 4X increase in energy  - Sharpened memory, creativity, motivation, willpower, and discipline - You get more work done, AND it’s of a higher quality - You can control your emotions a lot easier and you’re more social - Higher testosterone & more competitive - Build more muscle and lose more fat - Look & feel better and happier - Less likely to get sick - Live longer Notice how all of those, in some way or another, lead you to making more money. Can you sort of see how it is literally the highest ROI thing you can do to fix your sleep? Yet 99% of the population is sleep-deprived. Including you. You’re just so used to your state of sleep-deprivation that you consider it normal.

@Frogjunkiee Shannon-Nelson A lot of things I mentioned are essential. But honestly the biggest thing is just being in bed at the same time everyday, it's very hard to do and takes a lot of discipline, but makes every aspect of your life significantly better as you go through the next day with more energy, happiness, positivity, etc,

@Frogjunkiee Shannon-Nelson haha yeah, I read it in a book a couple years ago and it was mind-blowing the first time I read it too
How to *immediately* get out of a rut (using science)
We all know the pain of being in a rut. Endless bad habits. Procrastinating, even when it doesn’t feel good. Health and progress takes a huge toll. Days turn into weeks. Weeks turn into months. And you find yourself wondering where all the time has gone. That excitement, passion, and sense of purpose you had before? It’s been replaced with stagnation and self-sabotage. And after coaching dozens of entrepreneurs to reach peak states of productivity, I’ve curated some tactical steps you can take to get immediately out of a rut (with a 100% success rate) I’ll be sharing them with you in this post. I’ve personally used them hundreds of times and it has saved me thousands of hours of lost productivity. And these tactics will continue to serve me for the rest of my life. By the end of this post, it will do the same for you. If you didn’t already know, this is the third and final post in a series of posts exclusively covering the concept of ruts. The first one was titled “How To NEVER Fall Into A Rut Again” In that post, I teach you what a rut is, what causes it, and how to avoid them. The second post is titled “How I Stay Productive 365 Days A Year (I’m Not Even Joking)” In that post, I covered how to manipulate ruts so that your “ruts” are so productive that they’re better than other people’s greatest days. So if you haven’t already, go read my other two posts before you read this one. I spent many hours writing each one, and they’re both proven to work through the scientific studies I researched and the results I’ve gotten for the guys I work with. So please, go and read those posts before you read this one. They’ll be worth your time. Anyways, enough time wasted. Let’s get into the good stuff. The first thing you have to understand is that a “rut” is nothing more than your old frequency trying to stay alive. Your frequency is simply the collection of all your beliefs, thoughts, where you place your attention, identity, and emotions. And your frequency determines the quality of your reality.

@Chantelle Swaby haha I appreciate the feedback Chantelle. Finding a meditative spot in a foreign city sounds like you’re doing side quests 😂😂, nah that’s really cool though. I’m definitely going to do that as well in the future. Let me know how it goes!
How I Stay Productive 365 Days A Year (I’m Not Even Joking)
You don’t become the HIGHEST version of yourself imaginable. You become the LOWEST version of yourself acceptable. So in this post, I’ll teach you how to be so productive that a “bad day” for you is the most productive day of someone else’s entire life. (If you didn’t already know, this is the second post in a series of 3 posts I’m making on the concept of ruts and stagnation) In my first post, I talked about what a rut even is, what causes it, and how to avoid them. (If you haven’t already, go back and read that post) In this post, I’ll be covering how you can manipulate ruts so that your “ruts” are so productive that they’re better than most people’s highs. And in the third and final post, I’ll be covering a few of the best tactics I’ve curated over the years to immediately get out of a rut when you do find yourself in one. Follow me if you want to be notified when the next one drops. Anyways, I’m not going to waste your time, the first thing we need to do is get crystal-clear on EXACTLY what a rut looks like for you. “What gets measured, gets managed” - Peter Drucker So below I’m going to ask you a series of questions and I want you to answer them on any notes page of your choice (Docs, Apple Notes, Paper & Pencil, etc) And the point of the questions is to get clarity on what a productive and lazy day is for you because awareness is the first step. If you skip this step, this entire thing is a waste of time. Please, do this. It’ll take you a couple minutes and save you years off your life. And after we finish this, I’ll teach you some powerful techniques on improving your standards so that your “ruts” are extremely productive. Note: Whenever I say “great day” below in each question, don’t think of the best you’ve ever done in your entire life. Just a number that’s the best you’d normally do in a week. Alright, so copy and paste the below questions into your notes page and start answering. Be completely honest when you’re answering. If you lie here, this entire thing is useless.
