Free AI Course!!
Hey 3XF Fam! We just launched what I think will be one of the top AI courses on Udemy. I have a link that’ll get you the course for FREE but in exchange I’m asking for an honest review. We need to boost our stat rating! Here’s the course: https://www.udemy.com/course/ai-ready-professional-certification/ Comment below if you’re interested and I’ll have the link DM’d to you. We’ve capped the free courses at 100 and Nuno and Ivan are also offering them to their communities so when they’re gone they’re gone. Thank you 🙏 Kasim

Do you have a plan for 2026?
If not... I’m considering hosting an End of Year working session on December 31st. We’ll run my End of Year Framework and actually design the year ahead. - Clear priorities. - Non-negotiable habit stacks. - Known risks identified and neutralized before they become expensive. - Direction instead of hope. This will be a working meeting. Cameras on. Pens out. Decisions made. You’ll leave with a plan you can execute on January 1, not a feeling that fades by January 7. And maybe we'll even have a little fun... If there’s energy around this, I’ll put it together. Drop a Yay, Nay, or Other in the comments and tell me which one you’re choosing. Let’s end the year awake! Love y'all...

Recommended Project Management Software
Hey all! Wanted to send this out and see if there are any PM software you would recommend? I am looking for a software that is communications focused. In short what my business does is communicate between clients and agencies. I find myself preferring pen and paper to any software I've tried thus far and I know that isn't sustainable. I need something that can connect to my email easily, is user friendly, and intuitive is a plus for our employees to be able to easily adapt. I'm using notion currently but it isn't quite as user friendly as I am looking for. Please any recommendations and why would be amazing! Thanks in advance!

I used Basecamp for a while because I liked that it had chat inbuilt into it. However I just kept finding I was "slow" while using it. I didn't like having to click "save" on things. Eventually started playing around with Asana. And that suited me better. I felt like it just suited the way I work on the computer more, it was faster and more responsive. So my best recommendation is to just try out 3-4 different apps for a week each and see which one suits how you actually work on the computer. Maybe Basecamp is better for you, maybe Clickup is. For chat I'll now just be using Google chat and although its a bummer that its not all together, this still suits me just fine
How to know if you chose the wrong business model (and what to do about it)
There's a question most people skip when they're starting a business: "How does this actually work day-to-day?" They focus on the offer, the positioning, the marketing strategy. All important. But they don't think about what their actual days will look like once this thing is running. Then six months in, they realize they built something that doesn't fit their life at all. (sucks — ask me how I know lol) So here's a tactical framework to help you evaluate if your current business model is actually serving you - or if it's time to pivot. 🚩 Red flags your model isn't working: - You dread the days you do your core business work. Not just "ugh Monday" but genuine dread about doing the thing your business is built on. - You're constantly exhausted in ways that don't match your actual workload. You're working 20 hours a week but feel like you ran a marathon. - You resent your clients or customers. Not one difficult person, but a pattern of resentment toward the people you serve. - Your business stress is bleeding into your relationships and health. Your partner is frustrated. Your friends never see you. Your body is showing stress symptoms. - You feel trapped instead of free. You got into entrepreneurship for freedom and somehow you're more trapped than you ever were in a job. ✍️When to optimize vs. when to pivot: - Optimize your current model if the model itself fits your working style but you have fixable problems. Maybe your pricing is too low. Maybe your systems are chaotic. Maybe your positioning is off. These are optimization problems. - Consider pivoting if the daily reality fundamentally doesn't fit how you work. If you've optimized everything you can and you still feel miserable. If the model requires sustained energy patterns you just don't have. If you're forcing yourself to be someone you're not. 🤔Questions to ask before choosing or changing your model: - Do I love or dread direct client interaction? - Do I have consistent daily energy or does it fluctuate unpredictably? - Can I handle the pressure of launching and marketing constantly? - Do I need human interaction or does it drain me? - Can I invest significant upfront time before seeing revenue? - Do I prefer deep customization or systematic repeatability?

How do you organize all your tasks/projects? 📚
Hey everyone and , I'm curious how you handle the organization of all your tasks and projects, as well as your daily list of action items. Here is my challenge: Once I get moving with work, all the things I do seem to creep out over multiple platforms. Froom our PM Basecamp, to Akiflow, to notes I have on my computer, to a google doc. It just becomes unwieldly after a while and then I have to organize everything again. The solution I believe would basically to stop using the base note pad (which creates endless notes), and have my daily note/list in a google doc that gets cleaned at the end of every day. Just wanted to see how yall handle it?
