What the top 1% do that everyone else doesn't
They're not smarter. They don't always work harder. Most of them didn't start with more money. The difference is simpler than that. The top 1% show up. They ask the question everyone else is too proud to ask. They share what's working and what isn't. They put their goals in writing where other people can see them. They surround themselves with people who are a few steps ahead. The other 99% watch. They lurk, they read, they think "that's a good idea," and then they go back to the ramp and change nothing. Same information. Completely different results. Every garage owner in here has access to the same resources, frameworks, and people. What separates the ones who build the business they want from the ones who stay stuck isn't what they know. It's whether they take part. So here's an easy one to start. Drop a comment below with one word that describes your business right now.

What business are you in?
Most garage owners answer "fixing cars." And that's not wrong — it's just incomplete. Because underneath that, you're also in the business of people for fixing cars. And if you want something that actually lasts, you're in the business of fixing people for cars. Three different businesses. Most owners are only running one of them on purpose. I've put together a free self-diagnosis worksheet so you can find out where you actually stand — as a technician, and as a business owner. Most people are Zone 3–4 on the tools and Zone 1–2 running the business. That gap is usually where the stress lives. It's not the market. It's not the money. It's not the model. It's the method. Grab the worksheet, give yourself two minutes of honesty, and see what it tells you. 👇
