New gloves
What should we go for? Arthurs a size 6 with big ole forearms, we often struggle with wrist straps being to short and often need to go a size up as his hands are quite………..errrr wide He’s had fingersabes up until now but would consider something new. What are your recommendations

Another great game for Arthur O!
A fantastic game for Arthur today, a 0-0 draw following some great saves and really good decisions. Both teams were really unlucky not to get a get a goal. Penalties- Arthur stepped up and saved 6/7 cracking efforts against. Straight into the car ready for his cheese wraps, the after match snack of champions. I hope everyone else had a great game today!

Young GK - Staying sharp without a coach?
Quick one – any advice from other parents? My son’s development team doesn’t have a GK coach, so he sometimes ends up standing around while outfield training is going on. I try to keep him working on his own drills, but it’s not always easy. Any tips to keep young keepers engaged and developing? Keeping it fun is the main thing ⚽️

Thank you all for your ideas and help. Some really helpful stuff, Arthur does love the outfield training as he loves the fitness aspect. He’s also has really good footwork and touch, but GK remains his passion……..I pray it continues as he’s a natural. He had his 1st session with J4K in a couple of weeks so he’s really looking forward to that. Again TY all for you’re help, I can see this group is well worth being a part of. ⚽️

Father to Arthur, Albert and Ada. All love sport, and I believe sport is a vital part of development. Arthur is our U8s GK.
