Hey has anyone noticed the new A2P application option that uses the chat widget. Just wondering how it’s working for you guys? Also do you all onboard clients having them do A2P steps like accessing their website to change their privacy policy etc. or do you guys have work arounds to make it easier?

I made this onboarding SOP from Clay's course. Its been sitting in my computer and haven't used it in a while so thought of sharing it here for beginners who may find it useful. Are the snapshot templates only available if we get high level through Clays link or is there another way we can add Clay's snapshot template to our high level if we already have a high level account?

I am creating sub-accounts with the new review snapshot but none of the custom values are being ported over. The trigger links aren't working either. Has anybody else experienced this or could offer any help?
