So, I'm thinking of doing review funnels with realtors I know. I'm trying to think if it's practical. The issue I'm struggling with in my head is the automation triggers for an ongoing campaign? These are individual realtors who have their own GBPs but they work for a brokerage that is probably using their own CRM. So, they're probably not letting me get in their and set up webhooks, etc. Is this a niche I can pursue do you think? How would it work?

Just closed my first website & socials client without a sales call today just through Facebook Messages and it was from a referral of a website I closed last week! After a month of just binging trainings I finally started digging into it and I've never been more excited in my 6 years of doing Marketing. What are you guys charging for websites while I gain my footing with it? I've done Social Media forever and am adding on website design.

Hey everyone, I'm new here and really happy to be in this group. I just saw one of Clay's recent YT videos and I was pretty impressed, so I just joined this group. Can I ask any of you who are using GHL, is the free trial version even worth using to get started? Is the first tier at $97 worth using? I don't want to spend $497 yet, and I want to get at the customer contact right away and not get lost in snapshots and workflows which give me a headache at this stage of my learning curve. What's the simplest way for me to smartly start? Thanks for any feedback!

Hi everyone excited to be here. Me and a partner started an online reputation management agency. I have been cold calling and reaching out to leads for our gbp management/ review request automation. It’s been a month and we have only gotten 1 client through cold calls. I’ve been reaching out to folks and posting on Facebook as well as Instagram. Our main problem here is just finding leads which as I know is the hardest part for 99% of folks trying to get started in this business. Does anyone have any tips for finding clients that may not be as obvious? What has worked for yall?
