Bio: I’m a 69 years old and retired. I am married with two grown children. I’ve cycling seriously since 2001. As of 8/1/2025 I weigh 185 lbs.

Bio: I went from road cycling a lot to riding single track trails about 15 years ago due to the worsening traffic. I just love all kinds of cycling!!!
