- What's something new you're trying to learn? - Maybe it's not hockey related? - What's a skill you're working on getting better at? - Where can I help you out more? Building a mini mindset module course this week and next will be a nutrition crashcourse. Pushing to get both those out by the end of July! It’s going well I’m working out consistently and I get on the ice about 2 times a week. Seeing improvement in the gym and some on the ice.
