Major Discovery Help Needed!
Here is my current case! It has been some time and still haven't heard from the courts or been able to get my body dash camera footage etc! @Melissa Hicks it can take a while to get the footage. Looks like you filed Motion for Discovery Nov 13. And some issues in Dec is probably why you are having issues now with getting the footage. Looks like you were found guilty in Dec for a “no show.” And missed your opportunity to plea and discovery of evidence. And what would the evidence prove exactly? Smart move appealing for the “do-over” in circuit. Also, it didn’t appear you filed the motion for discovery again for the new case. Did I miss something?
