Day #5 - AIS 7 days challenge
I’ve replicated and modified the website in https://ais-web-build.vercel.app for today’s challenge. For me personally all “hacks” are equally important as each of them serves different purposes. Is fascinating that what used to take half day to do can now be done and maybe better in just 10 minutes.
Day 1 Complete! ✅
Excited to share my Day 1 build for the #AISChallenge. Today I created an AI automation newsletter that explains how businesses can reduce repetitive work using simple automation workflows. 💡 One thing I learned I realized that great AI content isn't just about writing prompts. It's about communicating ideas clearly. A clean layout, good visual hierarchy, and simple language make technical concepts much easier for people to understand. 🚀 One thing I'd improve On the next iteration, I'd make it more personalized by adding stronger branding, more real business examples, and a clearer story that connects with business owners. I'm taking this challenge because my goal isn't just to learn AI tools. My goal is to build practical AI automation solutions that help small businesses save time, reduce repetitive work, and focus on what matters most.

@Frank van Bokhorst 100%. By proposing valid strategies to improve instead of telling them "your SEO is bad" is the way to go. Do you think it's better to productize these fixes into flat rates, or price them case-by-case?

@J T Thanks! Right now, the heavy hitter is just PageSpeed for analyzing site load speed and mobile responsiveness.
Day #3 - 7 Day AIS Challenge
For today's challenge I built an obsidian digest that runs weekly and what it does is gather all the notes I've created or added in the past seven days. From that, it outputs a summary of: 1. The things I've learned 2. The things I should be reminded of 3. A schedule for the upcoming week, including any tasks I should do I'm not sure if this is an optimization, but I've added a preference file for the skills to follow. Every time the digest runs, the agent will ask for my feedback on what topics I think were important. For the future digest, the agent will know more about my preferences and the things it should emphasise.

What happens after you learn the skill?
🤔 Serious Question… Let’s say you become really good at AI Automation. You can build chatbots. You can create workflows. You can automate processes. You can build AI agents. Then what? I’m asking because I’ve noticed something interesting… A lot of people spend months learning AI. Very few spend time creating a plan for what happens after they learn it. Do you want: • A job? • Freelance clients? • An agency? • A Skool community? • A digital product? • A coaching business? Because the answer changes everything. Learning the skill is important. But knowing where you’re trying to go with that skill is just as important. I’m curious… What’s your end goal with AI Automation? What does success look like for you 12 months from now? 👇

This is indeed a good self reflect discussion. I know I am learning AI because of interest and do believe it will be an essential skill in business world, and my end goal is to start an agency for business. Yet I have not really thought of the steps to get there, and reality tells us without a solid plan and system, the path won't go long. So in 12 months time I don't just see myself as just knowing how to AI, but also a better planner, a better salesman and a better business decision maker. Then finally using all these skills to secure a source of income. That is what success looks to me
