Technician Level in Ad Title?
When you all are writing ads, are you putting the technician level you're looking for in the title and the body? If so, are you providing your definition of that level in the body or waiting to later to dicuss with the applicant? Thanks, Andrew

I'm Andrew Green and my shop is OKC Fleet Services. We are planning to open our doors in late March / early April. I've heard finding good technicians is the hardest part of this business. I'm just consuming as much content as possible to help sharpen my ads.
