Our ability to move our bodies, to eat right, and to have a community like this is truly something that is PRICELESS!! Just wanted to get on here and let yall know I’m thankful for each and everyone that joined this group. Seriously I love each one of you and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for every one of us as we move forward. Take the time today, be thankful for the people around you, and if you can get in some movement today… DO IT! We don’t go to the gym because we “have to” or because were going to “eat off plan”, we go to the gym because we love it. Throwing around heavy weight, feeling that pump, getting that rush of adrenaline and energy. THATS why we do it! And Thanksgiving is just the whip cream and cherry on top. Hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving, enjoy your time with your friends and family, and enjoy all the good eats. 😛🦃❤️

I want to get into meal prepping for the seyam but don’t know where to start and good meals to get my protein in

What’s up Kyro! Since it’s Nativity, fish is going to be your Go-To for protein. Tilapia, cod, and tuna are pretty cheap and high in protein. Now if you want to get into meal prepping, I personally suggest using the batch cooking method. This is when you cook a bunch of protein (fish in this case), carbs (rice, potatoes, pasta) and then take as you need throughout the day, like chipotle style and make your meals when you need them.
