Control your time effectively
I started tracking my time in Toggl because I thought I knew where my hours were going. (Spoiler: I didn’t) I’d look at my time log and still have no idea if I was spending it as effectively as I could on money-making work, agency work, or if I was just getting distracted. I built this automation to fix that ⬇️ How it works: 1. Toggl Track – I log every task I work on (takes sometime to get used to tracking everything you do. If you forget to add a time in, just start the timer when you remember and adjust the time to get an estimate on the time spent doing that task) <- DOn't llie to yourself and NOT track actions because you know it's going to look bad, that's the point lol. 2. Make.com – Pulls my previous week’s data and runs it through an AI prompt that sorts each task into: High Priority Tasks – Direct money-makers (sales calls, outreach, proposals), Low Priority Tasks – Support work (content, admin, setup), Everything Else – Distractions (social media, random YouTube, etc.). 3. Google Sheets – Stores every breakdown so I can see trends over time. 4. Telegram Bot – Sends me a weekly report straight to my phone with: - A casual overview of my week - A “coach’s notes” section with feedback on where I can improve - 3 quick wins to execute next week It’s basically like having an accountability coach look at my calendar every week, except it’s automated. Plus, you can change the prompt to accommodate your goals and schedule (I put my day job schedule in there so it knows if I'm using my time effectively). If you want to try it, I’m dropping the blueprint here so you can plug in your own Toggl account (or whatever time tracker you use) and get the same feedback loop. Once you start getting actual feedback on your time, you’ll see exactly what’s slowing you down and where to double down. Hope this helps!

Do You Make GHL Funnels?
Hey guys, I was making a GHL funnel for a client and put this together. This is a google sheet with GHL templates ready to go, just have to load it into your account and does the 80/20 of the funnel building process. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1j9Nbg55dCjouSavq0phZwRtl_T9GkPvpOTBX2LQKnHc/edit?usp=sharing If you have any questins or need help, let me know!!

@Dave Pancham I use these templates and rock from there. Saves me a bunch of time, just doesn’t make sense to start from scratch when you have these. I can build funnels (unfortunately I have to when using other tools besides GHL) but, prefer to use these to get the 80/20 done

@Dave Pancham landing pages are just something we make to make more money haha. If it needs to be done and the client doesn’t have anyone else to do it (or has a shitty landing page) then we’ll build it. Primarily, we work with clients for paid ads and automation.

Hey @Wendy Desgranges when you have your store setup, install your Facebook pixel. It lets you retarget people who have visited your site with ads and is an awesome audience to get a campaign going. Let me know if I can help at all, or if you have any questions.
How Do you close for your clients?
I have been filling the pipeline for my clients but, they can't close the cold traffic...so i tell them "welcome to cold traffic", but, how can i help my clients more to help them close? Without closing for them myself, but, what are the options of providing them wit hthe solutions to help them close so they stop blaming the leads?

@Mina de Dios The best way would to be to change your deal structure. That shouldn't be your problem to deal with becuase you're doing your job by getting the leads. But, for now you can offer them sales training from yourself or an affilate partner you have.

@Mina de Dios Smack that document in front of them and read slowly 😂 Next time, just set proper expectations with your client up front. If you find a sales agency you trust, you can refer them deals and make some commission. Look at other communities and on social, you'll probably find one
