Companies House, ID Verification | Opp Out
Hi Team - I am being pressed by my accountant to digitally verify my ID for Companies House, but I understand one doesn't need to do it digitally and it can be done at the post office... I also understand that Companies House need to be provide an alternative way of filing... by way of law, even tho they say its mandated etc. Does anyone know of a template letter, I can send to opp out of their mandate? Thanks you so much...

I have decided to do it anyway... I am super busy for the next year... then I will wrap the co up and disappear... closing the business etc. Thats where I'm at... Chose your hard right??

Police Letters re 'Alleged Offence'
Does anyone have experience of dealing with these letters. The language is so agressive and they want me to sign the form and send it back... I understand the if I do, I inadvertently, enable a contract with them... is this the case and can I send them a note to not agreed with the teams etc... Thank you and if anyone can point me in the direction of some kind of draft letter to get them off my case I would be most greatful. Best, Andrew

Hey there. I’m Andrew. Been waking up for a while, and about to take on the Council who have a charge on my main residence due to unpaid CT. The charge came about because my ex. I also have another property that I am back paying CT and about to stop that too… and one other which I’ve just bought… they keep popping person hand delivered notes thru the door… addressed to the occupier… I have ignored all but kept save incase I need them… does any one have experience of this. Also, gonna take on the Police who have sent me a letter stating I need to fill it in and sign, my name is in Capitals (which I assume has something to do the strawman thing) and are also addressed to the The Company Secretary… which I assume relates to matters of people have set up trusts etc… feels like they are getting a bit cleverer… If anyone can shed any Light on these first few things, I’d be so grateful. Ok, so here we go again. My name is Andrew and I am based in Folkestone in Kent. I am originally from New Zealand. Council Tax Payment requests for a new Flat...
Hi there - not sure if this is the right forum, but I have just buy a second property and keep getting hounded by the council re council tax.. with letters to the new owner etc. They even sent a man around with who left a personal note. I am keeping all corres and would love to write to them with no name on the letter, asking them to stop contacting me... can I do this and what can they do in return. If they dont know my name they cant detail it on any request for payment right - also, if they do, they they are breaking GDPR rules etc... anyone have any bright ideas or tip d' jours?
