Hinge, Bumble, Tinder, Match, E-Harmony, FB Dating, OK Cupid?
There is no shortage of dating apps out there, I have tried most of them. I have found the most success with matching on Hinge and Bumble. Below is a breakdown of what I think about the apps I have tried... Tinder - The first big one on the market and the original swipe app. My first time around with Tinder about 10 years ago was very successful. It had the reputation as a hookup site which it pretty much lived up to. The expectation was that if you were here, you wanted a sexual partner. Now I find that Tinder is where the low value people go, and although it has been over 6 months since I was on it, it was riddled with bots, trans, and sock puppet accounts. I think the vibe is still that it is a hookup app. Tread lightly and carefully here. Match and E-Harmony - Although it has been a while since I had a profile on either of these two I still think these are the leaders for finding a long term partner since the profile interview process is thorough and you can very granularly filter what you are seeking. Don't expect quick hookups here. Women who go through the effort of joining are intentional about finding a partner so the conversation typically is around relationship criteria for a long term partner. If you are super intentional about finding a long term partner, go here and have patience. You don't need the skills taught here, you just need to be honest and authentic and she will appear. The free version (if they still exist) don't get you very far so be prepared to pay. Focus on your growth, King. Facebook dating - I have heard success stories here but I have never joined. Women like it since she can vet you easier if you have mutual friends. There's an immediate connection and conversation starter. I removed all things FB and IG (except for WhatsApp) from my phone so for some reason I don't want to use this service. Go for it! I'd love to hear feedback. OK Cupid - Good for major metropolitan areas since there doesn't seem to be the overall volume of profiles here. I was only on it for a short while and I noticed there were profiles for many of the serial daters I recognized from the other apps. Covering the bases I reckon. If you don't have success with any of the others it may be worth a try. Go for it.

Pay for skills, not the apps
Most dating apps have all kinds of upsells. Unless you are super intentional about finding a long-term mate - wife potential even - there is no reason to pay anything for the major apps. Your money is better spent learning the tips and tricks for maximum engagement and locking in those first dates. This is not about manipulation or playing games, it's about honestly and authentically connecting with potential partners and showing up in your words as you work through the vetting process. The secret is to have someone help point out your blinds spots so you see them now and won't be embarrassed by them later. I can help.

Why I am still single
A have dated many women and have had some great and some not so great relationships. I've been married - and divorced - twice. Between my first and second marriage I used chat technology (AOL Instant Messenger, singles chat rooms) to meet potential dates. After my second marriage ended I used the now widely used apps to essentially get laid. It was amazing how well the apps streamlined success for that primal need. I did meet someone organically (as in, not on the apps) that I had a 7 year relationship with that was half honeymoon bliss and half emotionally challenging struggle which taught me much about myself. Having been back on and off the apps for that past few years I have shifted into finding a high value woman to share the next decades with. It's a journey, it takes patience, and along the way there is temptation. She is out there, we will meet. Until then, I serve my fellow man by sharing what I have learned, what works, and what doesn't when it comes to meeting available women online using dating apps.
