Hi! My name is Andreas! I spend my time mostly within myself just being still which I find more and more pleasant. In my journey right now its mostly about flowing and accepting that life is taking care of me and trusting that and also leaving the thinking for presence. Finding ways to care for my body and my inner child to relax my body towards safety healing and empowerment instead of survival. Indeed being a child of broke parents do give you a rough start but I didnt know that as clear before and I aswell thankfull for my journey cuz its given me the chance to see behind the scences and find out the true meaning and purpose towards bliss.
