I want to see your food! I made a roast dinner last night and took some round to my mum. Simple, familiar, full of nostalgia and has a feel good factor! 🍽️ Food has a funny way of carrying places with it. 💕🍛 One bite and you’re not just eating — you’re remembering a street, a person, a moment in time. My favourite - Khao Tom Moo or Pad Thai eaten in Thailand, hot and fresh, flavours you don’t forget once you’ve had them. 🍲 And there are still things on my list, like gravy and biscuits, that I haven’t tried yet but feel oddly curious about!! 🤔 Different countries, different kitchens, different stories — same shared language of food. What’s a meal that’s stayed with you from travelling? Or something from another culture you’d love to try one day? I want the dishes and the stories 🍽️🌍 Bonus points for pictures!!

Every morning is a fight to get my young daughters to brush their teeth. Honestly, not because they don't want to but because they want to do everything by themselves but they make a big mess with the toothpaste and never brush all that well. So, today, they decided they didn't want to do it at all unless they could do it *their* way... and... no... so, we told them that they have to let us help them if they want princess breath. Well, it worked! They brushed their teeth with ease but now we're on a full out family discussion about what princess breath smells like! So, what does it smell like?

I don't have one, but last year I discovered the pangolin in a Netflix documentary and became obsessed with drawing thus cute little guy! I've been told there's a Pokemon character who looks very similar- so if you know their name (and their powers) let me know! Current Skool Challenge? I'm trying to get familiar with the ap and get some courses up before I start promoting and hopefully growing my community. I'm an artist and my community aims to encourage those who have always wanted to make art but haven't felt confident to do so, by offering a safe space and achievable art workshops- for people to join in. My art exercises can also be adapted into healing art exercises, so creating a vibrant, relaxed and fun community environment where people feel comfortable to participate and share, is a really exciting opportunity.
