John, I followed everything you said to the letter. I repeated the process 4x, but my products failed to upload. I contacted Shopify support, but each time I asked for human interactive help, I was given a particular wait time for someone to come into the chat, but they never appeared. I emailed support as well. I recently received this message, but I don't see any of the products. I'm patient, but this is very frustrating
