Random LIVE Q and A. April 4th 2026
@Thomas Goldman @Izza G @Abel John @Sunil Cherian @Joshua Matheson @Victor Montano @Luis Aguilar @Michael Amad @David Wells @Koen de Beer @Khaled Alramly @Sam Robinson @Raphael Bourgault I went live just now and answered your getting started questions. No script, no plan. Just hit record and worked through them one by one. Some I spent more time on than others. Some deserved a longer answer than I gave. But every one of them got addressed I hope, and I think the conversation that came out of it is worth watching even if your specific question wasn't in the mix. The through-line across almost all of these: everyone wants to know where to start, and the answer keeps coming back to the same thing. Learn how to think with these tools before you try to build with them. The technical stuff fills itself in once you know what questions to ask. Many more to come!

Great Q&A! Relevant takes as always
ICM paper published to pre print today!
For those of you who are in academia and would like to cite any of my research. I just pushed my ICM paper and had it submitted to preprint. You'll notice that the working title is called ICM but I refer to the workspaces MWP, I am pushing an update right now removing all mention of MWP but Model workspace protocol was the original name I had called it. However I think Interpretable Context Methodology makes more sense for what is actually happening. Enjoy! https://arxiv.org/abs/2603.16021

Congratulations!
Who's here? Drop your intro.
Tell us three things: 1. What you do (job, industry, student, career-changer, whatever) 2. What brought you to Clief Notes 3. One thing you're trying to figure out right now related to computing or AI I'll respond to every single one. And read each other's intros too because the person who's stuck on the same problem as you might already be in this thread. I'll go first I am Jake, I have been working in tech for 15 Years, building with Generative AI for 3 Years straight now! Excited to teach and learn! That's it. Simple, scannable, gives you data on who's joining and what they need, and keeps the feed clear for content that retains people past week one.

@Jake Van Clief Oh yea that's the default thinking mode all the time. Not always good mindset to be fair ๐Ÿ˜… It's both a workspace for performing test artifacts work related and then we talk about how close AI can make our company into a software development house - effectively having AI do the development and we as consultants provide the quality through our existing work. Then I try to apply it to personal stuff just for the experience and learning
NEW COURSE: The Archive is live.
Here is the pitch. A lot of you found this community through my recent content. Folder architecture. ICM. Computational orchestration. You are learning systems that work right now. Fair question: will they still work in three years? I recorded videos about AI and education in 2023 and early 2024. Before most people had figured out what ChatGPT was for. Before "context engineering" was a phrase. Before anyone was talking about agent architecture or structured AI workflows. I went back and reviewed every one of those videos or articles against what actually happened. The core ideas held up. Almost all of them. The ones that needed updating got honest revisions. Nothing was glossed over. This course pairs those older videos with written companions that show exactly what I got right, what changed, and where the thinking went. Then Module 3 picks up with slightly more current yet still older articles on computational orchestration, AI ownership, energy infrastructure, and the questions nobody else is asking yet. If you want to know whether the frameworks I teach have staying power, this course is the evidence. Over Three years of receipts. The Archive is free and available now in the classroom. Thanks for all the support, everyone. Happy Learning. LESSON 1.1: Welcome - The Archive ยท Clief Notes
