1. Create a Facebook post for a paid advertising opportunity in a group that has prospective clients : I will need to create a lead magnet, a page for it, a page inviting them to a mini workshop and write the actual post - then send it to the admin. 2. Create an outline (and possibly record????) for a short powerful curse for couples who want to strengthen their relationship without having to go to counseling and complaining about each other in front of a stranger. 3. Record 10 personal video messages for prospects - this idea came from another post here in the community
If you Charge $47 for a Mini-Workshop...
10 sales then is about $500ish. In front end revenue. All before you make a casual invite to continue into your main offer. This keeps your zoom room small & intimate. So you have time & space to work with each person. Trust then skyrockets as you lead the group. What’s happening is you’re creating an experience. And it’s proven people value experiences. It’s 4:51 am as I type this email from the couch in the family room. I have a mocha peppermint coffee by my side which is my morning treat. Then it’s off to the gym for 8 stations of weights. April is just around the corner… I have big plans to deliver 2 killer extra bonuses to our Mini-Workshop Maverick clients. Next Wednesday is our $47 mini-workshop masterclass. Step by step I’ll show how to charge $47 per ticket & sell 10 seats. I love that price point for a training. Our client, Brian, on the other hand opted for something else. He went with $497 per workshop ticket. Sold 20 spots. And produced just shy of 10k in mini-workshop revenue. Oh how the possibilities are endless in the world of magical world of mini-workshops. You can do this too. You can charge per ticket to your mini-workshop. My favorite price points are: - $7 - $17 - $27 - $47 - $97 - $297 - $497 - $997 This is precisely what we’ll be diving into on Wednesday. How to price, package, & deliver your paid mini-workshop. Here’s a secret… I’m seeing that connection based marketing is critical to conversions in 2024. Fancy automations are out! Don't get me wrong. They still have a place. However you have to inject some personal attention into your marketing. Make yourself stand out a bit! People want & expect a chance to meet you prior to making a bigger purchase. Oh yes! Sending personalized video message is great. Did not do that in a long while, but used it with success in the past. I will try it this week and think about how to integrate it in my client acquisition.

Also I loved a recent email where you told us about a strategy session you had, and clarifying a coaches steps: lead magnet, sales call offering high end coaching or "downgrading" to low recurring offer. This would be super interesting to hear more about although it sounds simple and straight forward.

And the question of all questions, how do we create a CONSISTENT PREDICTABLE stream of leads. Even for the workshops. I am confident in creating and delivering workshops, having sales calls and making offers...but I don't go through with it because I don't think I can have even 10 people on that 47$ workshop. Because people are busy, etc... I know it is just a thought not a factual thing, for me it is factual - just based on past attempts of bringing in old leads and "warming" them in my workshop.
