✅ AI Automation Roadmap: From Beginner to Pro.
Hello everyone I'm Anass. I’m looking for a clear, step-by-step roadmap to become really good at AI Automation. I’m currently learning AI Automation and I want to build real-world solutions for businesses, not just simple demos. I would really appreciate it if someone experienced could give me a roadmap from beginner to professional, broken down into clear steps. For example: 1. What should I learn first? 2. Which tools should I focus on? (n8n, Python, APIs, OpenAI, databases, RAG, AI Agents, Voice AI, etc.) 3. What should I build at each stage to practice? 4. When should I start looking for clients? 5. What skills are actually important for building production-ready automations? 6. How can I move from simple automations → advanced AI agents → complete business systems? 7. What should I avoid wasting time learning? 8. What would you recommend I focus on during my first 30, 60, and 90 days? I’m not looking for a generic list of tools. I’m looking for a practical roadmap with milestones, projects, and the correct order to learn things. If you’ve already built a successful AI Automation career or agency, I’d really appreciate you sharing the path you would follow if you had to start again from zero. 🙏 Thank you! 🤝♥️ @Liam Ottley

@Mouldi Nouri Absolutely, bro. That makes a lot of sense. I’ll focus on one niche, talk to real business owners, and build solutions around their actual problems. I really appreciate the advice...

@Yonas Workayehu That makes a lot of sense, bro. I really appreciate your advice. I’ll focus on automation and APIs first, build around real business problems, and start looking for clients early instead of waiting until I feel fully ready ✅💪♥️
You're undercharging. Probably by a lot.
Been sifting through a bunch of data this week and a common ask keeps popping up. Think about the last quote you sent. Or the one you're about to send.. Now be honest. Did you land on that number because you worked it out, or because it felt like the most you could get away with asking? Almost everyone is doing the second one. That's why "what do I charge" is the question I see more than any other. Underneath it there's usually a quieter one: how does Morningside AI sell projects at the numbers it does, when I'm over here quoting four figures. At Morningside we had to learn it too and it wasn't a better product or a bigger team. It was a tweak in our sales process. Scope of projects never changed. Yet our projects scaled from 5-10k builds all the way up to six-figure deals. So here's my question to you. Take the project you'd quote at 2k today. What changes if that exact project goes out at 6k? Not more work. Not a bigger build. The same thing, priced properly. What would that change for your business? For your life? If you want to start signing bigger deals, book a session with a member of our team. They'll find the gaps in your sales approach and show you where your number should actually be. We've already helped hundred of members make the same shift. I've dropped some screenshots below, have a look. Ask yourself why not you. → [BOOK A SESSION AND DISCOVER HOW TO PRICE YOUR PROJECTS THE RIGHT WAY] Nico.

Very important point. If that’s what you mean, I think many of us undercharge because we focus more on the work than the value we provide. Definitely something I need to work on. @Nicholay Voyvik
introducing a few new faces!
Hey everyone, Today I want to introduce you to a few people that you're going to be hearing from over the next couple of weeks. You all know there's a massive team behind Morningside. Between them there are years of lessons from building Morningside to helping thousands of people start a real AI business. So I've asked them to step up and start sharing those learnings with you. Here's who you'll be hearing from: - Josh @ Morningside Co-CEO and Co-Founder, Josh runs Morningside day to day. Josh leads our AI transformation work globally, which means he's the one in the room with the companies paying for this stuff: 48 engagements across 11 industries, everyone from professional sports teams to enterprise businesses. - Jamie @ Morningside Our Head of Sales, Jamie runs our global team of consultants. He has had more conversations with people at the exact stage you're at than anyone here, and he knows the difference between the ones who go on to build something and the ones who talk themselves out of it. - Nicholay @ Morningside Our Product Manager, Nicholay is focused on the success of those inside the AAA Accelerator and the AI Automation Agency Hub. He sees what separates the members who sign clients from the ones who stall, and he takes those learnings and builds them into products that gets people results. - Casey @ Morningside Our Operations lead, Casey keeps the wheels turning behind the AAA Accelerator and the AI Automation Agency Hub, building the systems that hold it together and making sure everyone who comes through gets a seamless experience. Keep an eye out for their posts and show them some support over the next few weeks. Plenty of good nuggets on the way 💪 Liam.

Let’s see what we can learn from them! 💪🔥 @Liam Ottley @Nicholay Voyvik
Tell me you have a plan for Q4...
Sat down and reviewed the results over the last quarter of what members inside the AAA Accelerator have been able to achieve. Last quarter (Q3), AAA Accelerator members logged 60 new client wins. A $180k custom build. A $225k consulting deal. A $25k project that came from a single warm connection. And a long list of first clients in the $2k to $8k range. Here's my point. There are 15 weeks left in 2026. If you drift into Q4 the way most people do, you'll end the year exactly where you are right now and a new year's resolution to "finally figure it out." So I'm going to be blunt with you for your own success. Between now and October 1st, my team is opening Q4 planning sessions for you all here. Connect for a 1-on-1 session with an experienced Morningside consultant and walk out with three things: 1. An honest read on where your agency actually is 2. The one gap most likely to keep you stuck through Q4 3. A concrete plan to close out the year strong If you don't have a plan, don't spend another week guessing. Book a Q4 planning session below and get it mapped before October 1st. [BOOK YOUR Q4 PLANNING SESSION - Only available between now and October 1st] Liam.

Absolutely agree. Q4 is the perfect time to stop overthinking, set clear goals, and focus on execution. A solid plan + consistent action can make a huge difference before the year ends 😉 ------------------------------- @Liam Ottley
Hey everyone
I’m really interested in the AI Automation space and in the businesses and solutions you’re building with AI, automation, and agents. Since joining this community, I’ve been following your posts and reading through the comments and discussions. I’m genuinely learning a lot from everyone here — from your successes, challenges, experiments, and even the mistakes you share. I’m currently at the beginning of my journey in AI Automation, so I’m trying to learn as much as possible from people who are already building and working with real businesses. I’m looking forward to connecting with more of you, exchanging ideas, learning from your experiences, and hopefully contributing to the community as I grow 🤝 Really glad to be part of this community -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
