been going at it, all glory to God it’s been going good so far ads are running good, been growing in capital and starting to get more known. bought meta glasses to look more legit on social media. plan is to keep on going and eventually take this full time and get my llc

Humbled
A little over a year and a half ago after frying my phone in a hot tub on a cruise ship, the idea to start Cell Me Your Phone was born. This evening I hit a new record and I just shipped over 120 phones (and one meta quest controller) in one shipment to various buyers. These phones will be placed in a new home versus the landfill or somebody’s drawer collecting dust.  It’s been a lot of hard work, but it really has been awesome to build something and watch it grow the way it has

Using Facebook Ads for Sourcing
Hey, I have been reselling for around 7 months now and make consistent profits of around 3k monthly. However, doing only outbound does not build a consistent lead generation which is why I tried to implement FB Ads. My Area has around 700k people but they have not performed that well. I have tried different Creatives like Videos and Images with different CTAs but to no avail. I think it is essential to have good leads through FB Ads but at the same time I do not want to waste my money on ad budgets that have significantly performed worse after the updates from algorithm from Meta.

@Jared Foley I ask every single one of them and get another phone about 20 percent of the time, I have a few repeat costumers but nothing that brings in more than 300 dollars a week as none of them are suppliers. I aspire to scale to 10k monthly so I will most definitely need to put more volume into the things that have the highest potential, which would be FB Ads, as the most successful phone flippers can tell, so thats my reason for being hyperfocused on that and needing help.

@Jared Foley Yes, in my experience, it is much better to niche down to scale rather than to diversify your attention :)
