The biggest amenity that most people miss are the "essentials". They will save up for a hot tub but completely miss the small items. The ones that make their place much more functional. These amenities not only improve your reviews they allow you to charge more. I'm talking about soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, coffee, creamer, sugar. A completely stocked kitchen of utensils, knives, cutting boards, measuring cups, pots, pans, bowls etc. They don't add child items like pack and plays, high chairs and kid utensils. Don't over look smaller amenities for the bigger ones because they all stack on each other. P.S. Have pictures of all these items in your listing too.
