Why am I not taking action?
“I already know what to do.” And the answer is not lack of knowledge. It’s the nervous system. When you’ve experienced stress or trauma,your body is not focused on growth. It’s focused on survival. 👉 So instead of moving forward, the body can go into: freeze avoidance overthinking numbing And from the outside, it looks like: procrastination lack of motivationinconsistency But internally… the system is trying to stay safe. 👉 And here is the paradox: You need to take action to change your life… but taking action can feel unsafe. So what do we do? We don’t force big change. We start small. One step. One breath. One moment of showing up. Because action is not something you wait for. Action is something you create. And every small step teaches your body: it’s safe to move it’s safe to try it’s safe to change You don’t need to feel ready. You need to be willing. SHARE 👇 what are you trying today?

Think it is not possible to join once the session has started, that is why the payment link is not visible. The system guides to subscription. If this is paid, we will be able to view the recording of the session in the library, plus some other videos. I am sooo sorry that I have missed the live session by 25 min, got stuck on my job :(

Two days ago the meeting was shown as 10:30 pm my time, cet, and was planning to somehow stay awake :) Just noticed it changed to 6pm my time and I missed it. Does not matter, will continue with the challenge via classrooms 🫶

Hi, Ana from Croatia. My whole self has been telling me that I am neurologically overwhelmed, mentally and physically, despite being relatively fit and mentally capable to do the daily chores. The last 2 years have drained my resources. Nature relaxes me - Love going to the gym - Have learned how to listen to my body. This week I am discovering how to bring more oxygen and smoothness to my sacrum area. I am really thankful that I have found you, Zina, and find what you do fascinating. Combining neurology with physiology and emotions is like doing the work of contemporary explorers, and somehow also like digging into ancient knowledge. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and creating this community 💗
