Mmmm, so fun! I live between Canada and US depending on the weather. My family and I are snowbirds, so currently in south Florida by the Atlantic Ocean side until March šŸ„°šŸ˜
The shame that sounds like motivation
There’s a kind of shame most people don’t recognize because it doesn’t sound harsh. It sounds responsible. It sounds like discipline. It sounds like, ā€œI should be further along by now.ā€ For a long time, I thought that voice was helping me grow. I didn’t realize it was keeping my nervous system tense. It usually shows up right after I notice a pattern or get activated. Instead of safety, it adds pressure. Do better. Fix it. Don’t let this happen again. The problem is that pressure doesn’t regulate the nervous system. It makes the body brace. And when the body is braced, insight goes offline. That’s why you can understand your patterns perfectly and still respond the same way in real life. It isn’t a lack of awareness. It’s a lack of safety in the moment. What I practice now is slowing the moment down instead of rushing myself through it. Getting curious instead of corrective. Offering safety before asking for change. That shift has done more for my healing and leadership than any amount of pushing ever did. Reflective question for you: What phrase do you tell yourself that sounds motivating, but actually makes your body tense? If you’re open to it, share in the comments. Even naming it once can be surprisingly regulating.

Oh man, I definitely want to sit with this longer, but the first thing that comes to mind as a pattern is ā€˜don't push too hard, remember your health…’ And that stems from two places: my burnout a few years back. And my mom’s way of living life, always afraid that if she did more, her health would suffer more. 🤯
šŸ™ A Sovereign Reflection for the New Year šŸ™
Hello Sovereign Community! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and are gettibg ready to have a very happy New Year. After strong deliberation, a lot of unfoldings, a CRAZY tropical storm, wifi being shut off, a power outage and the roads flooding preventing me from taking my Tulum scooter anywhere this morning... It has been decided that today's call won't be happening as planned. Instead, I am offering this self-led reflection šŸ’› Any transition into a new chapter is not about hype, resolutions, or reinvention theater, it's about authorship and self authority. Who you are becoming is being shaped right now by what you are willing to release, what you continue to tolerate, and what you consciously choose to reinforce. Take your time with it. Journal. Sit with it. Be honest. A SOVEREIGN REFLECTION EXERCISE (Identity, Cognition, Choice) At the core of the Sovereign Method is a simple truth: Your thoughts shape your emotional state. Your emotional state shapes your behavior. Your behavior compounds into identity. This exercise is about interrupting unconscious patterns and deliberately architecting the self you are becoming. PART 1: PATTERN AWARENESS (What is no longer neutral) Answer without justification or storytelling. • What patterns, habits, or dynamics consistently drain my energy, clarity, or self-respect? • Where do I repeatedly override my own boundaries, intuition, or standards? • What do I keep rationalizing that is quietly costing me more than I admit? Write the patterns plainly. No spiritualizing. No blame. Awareness is power. PART 2: BELIEF AUDIT (Thoughts that quietly run the show) For each pattern above, ask: • What belief is keeping this in place? • What do I assume would happen if I stopped this behavior or dynamic? • Is that belief factual, or is it familiar? Then ask the most important question: • Who would I have to become to no longer need this belief? This is where identity shifts begin. PART 3: LETTING GO AS A DECISION (Not an emotion)

Transitions and Transformations
Hello my darlings! I’ve been in this group since Samantha first launched it, yet I haven’t said a word or read a word. My notifications of activity were all up and running witnessing the movement and growth slowly building as the community came alive. But I had my head down, slowly closing a big chapter in my life. And today, as I woke up in our family RV, feeling the warm Florida air a day before Christmas Eve, I am finally at the finish line of that chapter. The chapter where I accepted someone else’s work as my mission, slightly ignoring what God was whispering into my heart. The chapter that held me chained in a box of illusion, because I thought I was helping many lives from there — and I did. But not how I wished to do it. This chapter is closing completely on Friday and I’m blessed to say, I am so proud of the journey and my becoming during all of it. So, it feels only normal to finally come say hi in this group and finally start belonging here too. Hello my darlings! I’m Ana - a Christian, a mentor, a visionary, a wife, a mom, a light bearer, a salt spreader, a roaring voice. I’m so grateful to be here.
